A shocking report prepared for Prime Minister Putin by the Foreign Military Intelligence Directorate (GRU) states that one of the United States top experts in biological and chemical weapons was brutally murdered after he threatened to expose a US Military test of poison gas that killed hundreds of thousands of animals in Arkansas this past week.
According to this report, John P. Wheeler III, Special Assistant to the Secretary of the Air Force, Washington, D.C. from 2005-2008, when he became the Special Assistant to the Acting Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Installations, Logistics and Environment, was found brutally murdered and dumped in a landfill, and as we can read as reported by Fox News:
“Delaware Police are investigating the apparent murder of a former Bush official who also championed the fund-raising effort to build the Vietnam Veterans Memorial on the Mall in Washington, D.C. Wheeler’s body was found in Wilmington on Friday.
According to police, somebody initially reported that the body was dumped out of a refuse truck, which would have been coming from Newark, onto the landfill. Newark Police spokesman Lt. Mark Farrall told Fox News that nobody had reported Wheeler missing before he was found.
The Wilmington News Journal reported that Wheeler was last seen riding an Amtrak train from Washington to Wilmington, Del., last Tuesday.”
Wheeler’s military career included writing one of the most important manuals on the effectiveness of biological and chemical weapons which led to his being hired in 2009 as a consultant to the Mitre Corporation, whose aviation system development department, the GRU reports, is at the forefront of creating the computer command and control systems used by the US Air Force in their fleet of aerial spraying planes.
These aerial spraying planes, this report continues, are based at the Little Rock Air Force Base in Arkansas that over the past few months have been involved with ‘test dispersants’ of poisonous gasses in the Afghanistan War Theater using chemical weapons stocks obtained from Iraq and held at the Pine Bluff Arsenal, also located in Arkansas.
Important to note about the Pine Bluff Arsenal, which calls itself “America’s Arsenal”, is that it is one of the World’s most specialized munitions and chemical-biological defense products and services bases which Russia had previously accused of not fully reporting the chemical agents removed from Iraq, between 2003 and 2008, and taken to the US for testing and subsequent destruction.

According to this report, the US relocated from Iraq to the Pine Bluff Arsenal an estimated 63,000 metric tonnes of the poisonous gas Phosgene that is described as one of the most feared chemical weapons ever used due to its ability to literally cause the lungs and respiratory system to explode.
Nearly immediately after Russia accused the US this past summer of not fully destroying Iraq’s Phosgene poisonous gas stockpile the Pine Bluff Arsenal began an ‘accelerated’ disposal programme injecting it deep into the ground in central Arkansas, but which, unfortunately, since this past September, has caused over 500 minor earthquakes to occur raising the concerns of their local population.
More frightening, however, is the claim made in this report that the Americans have also begun shipping ‘massive quantities’ of Iraq’s Phosgene poisonous gas stocks to Afghanistan where when used they will be able to say they had nothing to do with it, and believe no one will be able to prove it either.
Important to note about Iraq’s Phosgene poisonous gas stocks are that they are no longer able to be made by any Western country, including the United States, which makes its value as a Weapon of Mass Destruction (WMD) incalculable, especially in a war situation like Afghanistan where the enemy forces are firmly entrenched in hostile terrain.
To the direct reason for Wheeler’s murder, this report says, was this past week’s transport of Iraqi Phosgene poisonous gas aboard a US Air Force KC-767 tanker aircraft from Little Rock Air Force Base enroute to Afghanistan that shortly after takeoff had a ‘critical malfunction’ of its aerial spraying computer directed command and control system over central Arkansas causing the deaths of thousands of red-wing blackbirds.
According to US reports an estimated 4,000 of these birds were killed outright and were quickly removed by US Environmental Services workers wearing hazmat suits and gas masks. Another US report states that cause of death to these thousands of birds was “trauma in the breast tissue, with blood clots in the body cavity and a lot of internal bleeding” which this GRU report states is consistent with Phosgene exposure.
Even more chilling than this incident is this GRU report stating that it was the second “accidental” release of Phosgene poisonous gas in as many days, as the day before, this same US Air Force KC-767 tanker aircraft also had a “critical malfunction” causing a release over the Arkansas River that killed over 100,000 fish.
Upon Wheeler discovering what was happening with Iraq’s Phosgene poisonous gas stockpiles, this report continues, he traveled from his home in Delaware to Washington D.C. where he openly confronted and threatened to expose the Pentagon and White House Officials responsible. Being a Vietnam Veteran who was responsible for having the famous memorial to that war erected, Wheeler was more than knowledgeable about the United States massive chemical and biological attacks in that conflict and had vowed to not let happen again.
Sadly, but all too common in the United States these days, when Wheeler threatened to go public with what was happening he was targeted for death, and as a “sign” to anyone else thinking of going against the regime, had his body dumped in a garbage pit for all the World to see.

I just saw a video yesterday of Wheeler wandering down a hallway holding one of his shoes in his hand and looking disoriented. The reporter said he was having a “feud” with a neighbor. WTF???

Mr Wheeler is a guy who just does not run with strangers nor would he make himself vulnerable. He was murdered by someone who he knew from the Government. The person who murdered him possibly had another individual with him who also knew Wheeler.They apparently tried to make it look like a back alley killing but failed to remember Wheeler did not hang out in places of such.

The sheer volumes of birds which fell from the sky in Arkansas is not recorded in any other historical event. The migration of these birds south to Louisiana to the marsh lands, is the pathway which must be followed in order to get the entire picture. Further the migratory pathway and the places the birds stopped, the climatic conditions etc. will provide a clue as to why an entire flock of some 4k to 5k birds fell from the sky. The birds were on the East side of the state just North of Little rock, there is an animal sanctuary there just North of Beebe.
The fish were found on the west side of the state, near Ozark, that migratory path is unrelated to the birds pathway.
The officials tell us the birds died of blunt force trauma, which would have been the symptom not the root cause of an a bird falling from the air. Its ridiculous explanations such as these which give our officials no credibility.
Will we ever be told what the root cause was to this issue? No we will not. the Government will no proceed any further. What we do know is it was concentrated in Arkansas and it effected specific species of animals and fish. Thats all we know. And thats all we will ever be told. Its far too important in this battle for 2012 and the fundamental transformation of this nation, to have some military blunder ordered by the White house to shut down any chance of re-election.

What if the reason the Phosgene gas was tested on the red-winged blackbirds and the fish because they figured if they were going to use it, they might as well use it on overpopulated species in a certain area. This story was almost believeable until it came to the part about “hundreds of thousands” of Americans that believe that the world will end on May 21, 2011. What? I live about 60 miles or an hour 1/2 from the site of the birds death. I thought I could clear up a few details about what has been going on here.
First, the city employees picked up the dead birds just hours after it happend. Also there have been little to no tremors that have even made the news (not saying it didn’t happen). We also have flocks of birds that number well over 4000, fields often look black when they are covered. I’m not saying this was the cause, but it was reported that an individual was firing professional fireworks at the time. As for the fish, we have fish die around here sometimes, but I have no answer for the numbers. There are chemical weapons at pine bluff arsenal, and Arkansas has a alert radio station dedicated to the chance it could have problems. They recently told us that they will be either closing it or doing away with the chemicals soon.

All sorts of people picked up the dead birds; there were no mysterious government officials in hazmat suits and gas masks collecting them. Exactly, Jimbojones!! It’s quite disgusting that there are several posts from somewhat seemingly intelligent people, however, they spell astro plane as “astro-plain”, and don’t even get me started on the words that have apostrophes stuck at the end of a word just because it ends in an “s”! It’s really very difficult for me to take anyone seriously who cannot spell or conjugate English properly.

I have never heard of that date having any sort of significance. I think the author is a crackpot.
He’s just got the year wrong, it’s Dec 21, 2012 – and just because it is an insignificant date to you, doesn’t make him a crackpot, you however, do not appear to be very well read – so I think his point is made!
Actually, there is a sect of Christians who do believe the rapture will begin on May 21, 2011. It was being reported yesterday 1/5/10 on yahoo news via the AP. Not that I buy into the idea that anyone can predict the exact time the world will end or a new one will begin. He is talking about a seperate theory. Not as popularly known as the 2012 events.

While I don’t know of anyone that can say for certain, current calculations and research based on observations of similar events at the subatomic level, the world will NOT end on May 21, 2011 or on any other date in 2012 or 2013. There is reason to believe that there are going to be certain undeniable, major events that take place on the Earth as we begin this journey through the singularity of the Universe. Many of which have already happened and more severe events will continue. Perhaps something severe will occur around May of 2011, and I don’t think it’s a bad idea for religious leaders to encourage their flocks to prepare themselves by seeking the light within and focusing on love. Panic, however, should not be an option, unless you’re part of the evil elite. There will be some that do not survive the experience as our Solar System passes through the singularity of the Universe because they have not elevated their personal resonance to one of love and non-destructive intent. In music recording, we call this “clipping.” The resonance parameters are set and if you don’t achieve the higher frequency, you will not survive. Evolutionary changes are expected, but those are currently believed to be very positive as we enter the higher levels of our evolution. Step into the light, the water is fine! I only wish that we could all come together and experience this event in a more positive way. Shame on those that are too power hungry and greedy. It seems like there’s always somebody who tries to mess up a good thing for the rest of us.

How do you know 1) there are any ETs and 2) that they have any desire whatsoever to unite with earth?? Serious questions.

The singularity of the Universe is the cosmic event that has been predicted by the Mayans, the Hopi’s and many other religious and philosophical leaders as being at or around 2012. It is an undeniable event that is about to take place. Check out Nassim Haramein’s video and that will get you started.
The recent Lunar eclipse is part of those predictions as are the changes that we are seeing in the world today.
We know there are ET’s because of many reason’s, but the obvious evidence that has been suppressed in the US is the crop circles that are appearing all over the world. These are undeniably NOT of this Earth. No known technology today can reproduce them and they are so intricate and detailed in their representation of the cosmic events that are taking place, they cannot be simply written off as hoaxes. Our government has made it their practice to ridicule anyone that tries to take them seriously, but if you do some research, you will find astronauts and many other credible people that will confirm the existence and presence of ET’s on Earth. Plus, the evidence of their existence is all over the place. The pyramids, the Temple of Osiris, the Mayan temples and similar unexplained structures all over this world. We have been systematically fed lies about these structures to hide their true nature. But, the information is out there if you want to find it. Just do a search of recent crop circles and enjoy the journey, especially the one that occurred in 2001 directly responding to one of our SETI signals. It’s in binary code so there is no way to confuse its interpretation.
Why would they want to come here? There are several different schools of thought, including the theory that the Bible describes, regarding the creation of Adam and Eve and their progeny, as being created by alien beings attempting to help the inhabitants of Earth evolve. Another theory is that when we started messing around with nuclear energy, they wanted to make sure we didn’t create some disaster because, as is really the BIG POINT here, we are all connected via the unlimited capacity that lies within each of us. They are here because what we do affects them too!… and because they are already evolved to the next evolutionary state, they are filled with loving compassion for all living things.
What’s truly amazing is that once you start to put it all together, it seems intuitively obvious that it’s true because it brings all religions and prophecies into a common truth. It also makes it abundantly clear why those that have had this information for many years have used it for their own gain. Sadly, it appears the prophecies and the Bible are right about what is likely to happen to them too unless they atone. Many people have died and wars have been fought to keep this information secret. The ET’s and current cosmic events are now making it impossible for the secret to be kept any longer. My only hope is that these evil, greedy murderers will see the futility of their conduct and stop it before any more innocents are harmed. Each individual will need to make a choice whether they are going to follow the light or perish because the resonance that the Earth and everything in this Solar System is transitioning to is of a higher frequency. Evil and destructiveness exist in the lower frequencies and cannot exist in the higher level. Thank God!

On that date our solar system will align with the “astro-plain” of our GALAXY… Stop mixing up X files episodes and ancient aliens and episodes of “the universe” and trying to pass it on as documented knowledge… No one wants to hear about ur stupid crop circles Mel Gibson. U want evidence of ETs look at man made wonders of the world. And even that isn’t proof!

Hogwash, You will go through 2012 without a hitch just as you did in 2000 when the end of this earth was predicted at that point because of a computer glitch.
This is what happens when people get too far off course. God created the world and all that is in it. Why do people make it so hard to understand? Its easy folks. No these birds dropping from the sky and the fish washing up on the shores of the the Arkansas river are not end time events. Because they are not written nor described. The events in Arkansas are related to activities which have occurred in Arkansas. Is it related to the pine bluff arsenal? I don’t have the answer to that question. But I can answer its not end time events. How?
Simple, all the end time events are given in prophecy Boys and Girls. You can read about them and you should. The first place to start is Matthew 24, Mark 13, and Luke 21. Christ will give you the sequence and order of events in those three witnesses. The end times will occur just as it is written there.
Remember the following things:
1) the word nations in the Greek is ethnos and its where our english word ethnic comes from. Christ will define ethnic fighting in that prophecy, as one of the signs to the beginning of sorrows.
2) The famine he defines in the prophecy is identified in detail in Amos 8:11.
3) The word troubles he defines there, the actual Greek word used means sedition or rolling mobs in the streets.
A simple Strongs dictionary will assit with all the word definitions.
Christ will require people to LEARN the parable of the fig tree in all three of these prophecies, Why? “when you see THESE things come to pass know that it is nigh even at the doors”
“Verily I say unto you, that this generation shall not pass till all these things be done”
What generation? The generation of the fig tree which the parable is all about. Where is that defined? Jeremiah 24. Wake up folks that generation started in November of 1947 with the decision of the league of nations to put Judah back in the land of Israel. All prophecy is traced from that point foreword.
If it involves God, it’s a matter of belief, so you won’t be seeing any (scientific) evidence.
I wonder if this has anything to do with the Chem trails I see everyday over California. Probably not the same chemical, because I have not heard of any mass deaths here, but they are definetly not condensation trails like we are told.

Some birds are more effected than others, “Canary In A Coal Mine”, it’s not just a song, it’s what they did in coal mines to detect dangerous gases, canaries die almost instantly when expossed to gases..
Definitely an interesting read and there is quite a bit of military activity between the Air Force and Army bases located within Arkansas. Being a witness to events that transpired that evening of the birds and fish, there’s alot more to it! Deep drilling was conducted, initially, to hide the biochemical weapons. A large natural gas pipeline was discovered and there has been alot of drilling withing central AR, in recent years. It’s a perfect cover and the residents, who had chemical weapons buried deep within their properties, are none the wiser. I was part of a group who mapped out all of the areas of interest for drilling and the property owner’s took their residual money and couldn’t care less what was drilled or possibly inserted, instead of excavated, from their land. This story is plausible and credible and the people responsible have to transport back to another location to avoid implication or internal exposure. The depths they were drilling to caused minor earthquakes and the U.S. seismologists had them cease deep-core drilling to avoid a massive quake that would ensue from a large fault line here. The military would need access to this chemical weapon quickly so let’s assume that most of what was initially buried is byproduct/waste. The real problem is the long-term effects of this waste and the almost sure integration into our water supply. Why do you think that the EPA is so interested in controlling the state’s water testing abruptly. Why all of Arknasas and why now? Everything is built in layers and several have been peeled already.
