A shocking report prepared for Prime Minister Putin by the Foreign Military Intelligence Directorate (GRU) states that one of the United States top experts in biological and chemical weapons was brutally murdered after he threatened to expose a US Military test of poison gas that killed hundreds of thousands of animals in Arkansas this past week.
According to this report, John P. Wheeler III, Special Assistant to the Secretary of the Air Force, Washington, D.C. from 2005-2008, when he became the Special Assistant to the Acting Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Installations, Logistics and Environment, was found brutally murdered and dumped in a landfill, and as we can read as reported by Fox News:
“Delaware Police are investigating the apparent murder of a former Bush official who also championed the fund-raising effort to build the Vietnam Veterans Memorial on the Mall in Washington, D.C. Wheeler’s body was found in Wilmington on Friday.
According to police, somebody initially reported that the body was dumped out of a refuse truck, which would have been coming from Newark, onto the landfill. Newark Police spokesman Lt. Mark Farrall told Fox News that nobody had reported Wheeler missing before he was found.
The Wilmington News Journal reported that Wheeler was last seen riding an Amtrak train from Washington to Wilmington, Del., last Tuesday.”
Wheeler’s military career included writing one of the most important manuals on the effectiveness of biological and chemical weapons which led to his being hired in 2009 as a consultant to the Mitre Corporation, whose aviation system development department, the GRU reports, is at the forefront of creating the computer command and control systems used by the US Air Force in their fleet of aerial spraying planes.
These aerial spraying planes, this report continues, are based at the Little Rock Air Force Base in Arkansas that over the past few months have been involved with ‘test dispersants’ of poisonous gasses in the Afghanistan War Theater using chemical weapons stocks obtained from Iraq and held at the Pine Bluff Arsenal, also located in Arkansas.
Important to note about the Pine Bluff Arsenal, which calls itself “America’s Arsenal”, is that it is one of the World’s most specialized munitions and chemical-biological defense products and services bases which Russia had previously accused of not fully reporting the chemical agents removed from Iraq, between 2003 and 2008, and taken to the US for testing and subsequent destruction.

According to this report, the US relocated from Iraq to the Pine Bluff Arsenal an estimated 63,000 metric tonnes of the poisonous gas Phosgene that is described as one of the most feared chemical weapons ever used due to its ability to literally cause the lungs and respiratory system to explode.
Nearly immediately after Russia accused the US this past summer of not fully destroying Iraq’s Phosgene poisonous gas stockpile the Pine Bluff Arsenal began an ‘accelerated’ disposal programme injecting it deep into the ground in central Arkansas, but which, unfortunately, since this past September, has caused over 500 minor earthquakes to occur raising the concerns of their local population.
More frightening, however, is the claim made in this report that the Americans have also begun shipping ‘massive quantities’ of Iraq’s Phosgene poisonous gas stocks to Afghanistan where when used they will be able to say they had nothing to do with it, and believe no one will be able to prove it either.
Important to note about Iraq’s Phosgene poisonous gas stocks are that they are no longer able to be made by any Western country, including the United States, which makes its value as a Weapon of Mass Destruction (WMD) incalculable, especially in a war situation like Afghanistan where the enemy forces are firmly entrenched in hostile terrain.
To the direct reason for Wheeler’s murder, this report says, was this past week’s transport of Iraqi Phosgene poisonous gas aboard a US Air Force KC-767 tanker aircraft from Little Rock Air Force Base enroute to Afghanistan that shortly after takeoff had a ‘critical malfunction’ of its aerial spraying computer directed command and control system over central Arkansas causing the deaths of thousands of red-wing blackbirds.
According to US reports an estimated 4,000 of these birds were killed outright and were quickly removed by US Environmental Services workers wearing hazmat suits and gas masks. Another US report states that cause of death to these thousands of birds was “trauma in the breast tissue, with blood clots in the body cavity and a lot of internal bleeding” which this GRU report states is consistent with Phosgene exposure.
Even more chilling than this incident is this GRU report stating that it was the second “accidental” release of Phosgene poisonous gas in as many days, as the day before, this same US Air Force KC-767 tanker aircraft also had a “critical malfunction” causing a release over the Arkansas River that killed over 100,000 fish.
Upon Wheeler discovering what was happening with Iraq’s Phosgene poisonous gas stockpiles, this report continues, he traveled from his home in Delaware to Washington D.C. where he openly confronted and threatened to expose the Pentagon and White House Officials responsible. Being a Vietnam Veteran who was responsible for having the famous memorial to that war erected, Wheeler was more than knowledgeable about the United States massive chemical and biological attacks in that conflict and had vowed to not let happen again.
Sadly, but all too common in the United States these days, when Wheeler threatened to go public with what was happening he was targeted for death, and as a “sign” to anyone else thinking of going against the regime, had his body dumped in a garbage pit for all the World to see.
Today, another great American was murdered in an effort to save his country from destruction. Sadly, his death will go barely noticed; the American people seem no longer to care as they continue to seek their solace in their propaganda media lies rather than confronting the brutal truth about the monsters they have let rule over them.
For hundreds of thousands of other Americans they have become so disassociated with what is happening to, and around them, they have proclaimed May 21, 2011 as the day the World will end and are giving up everything in preparing to meet their God.

Mass die offs of animals happens on average once every two years. It just doesn’t always get big press and with the internet news travels faster now. The story is funny at most. If it was a poison gas that could kill fish under water and thousands of birds there would have been mass health issues to say the least on people. The article even says this should kill insurgents in Afghanistan, last I checked they hide deep underground and in caves.

This gas dis-pates quickly, the injection into the ground is a little unexplained, but may need some further investigation but maybe there’s a reaction not evident with water? 1) The birds aren’t being collected by folks in Haz-Mat suits and certainly show no evidence of Phosgene poisoning at all — lungs have intact air-blood barrier, etc.
2) They are not injecting phosgene in deep wells at the Pine Bluff arsenal. For one the arsenal sits over one the largest aquifers used in the country for municipal water supplies — it’d be stupid! Second the swarm of tremors has at its epicenter a location that is considerable distant to the arsenal at Pine Bluff, far shallower than they would be injecting any toxins and has been accurately attributed to poorly consolidated alluvial sediments some 5-7000 feet below the surface.
4) I could go on and on — but this is pure BS — and this is coming from someone who looks for conspiracies, doesn’t trust the government and believes the truth is forever hidden from us. No matter how I look at the assertions being made here — tis’ BS!

I live about 15 mi. from the “killzone” and heard at least 3 of what could only be compared to cannon shots @ midnight the fireworks started around a quarter till and went on for least a half hour after. The linked Arkansas quake story says nothing about poison gas disposal. The article is about the possibility of oilfield salt water disposal being the culprit. Animal die-offs happen and we don’t always know the cause, but it’s happened throughout history. And the poison gas angle doesn’t explain the other recent die-offs in Europe. This article is nothing but claptrap and an excuse to slam Americans. Pathetic.

The media makes it’s living by keeping everyone they can tuned into their story and keep tuning in. What they don’t want to say is that mass fish and bird kills are routine. The reason no one has videos of birds falling out of the sky is because it happened during extremely violent weather. Frontal passage can send migratory birds into altitudes they cannot breath and into temperatures they cannot fly. Fish kills are usually temperature and oxygen abnormalities. Makes for a low profit story.

While I don’t doubt that the U.S. has and will again kill people who try to expose things they don’t want known. I do find this all a bit hard to swallow. Phosgene gas isn’t difficult to produce and anyone who works in HVAC repair knows about phosgene vapor. It’s the product of overheated freon in a contained system and happens when an air conditioning compressor burns out. It will cause respiratory failure if the concentration is high enough. What is hard to swallow is A) saying the U.S. can’t make their own, when it is easily made. B) that it was concentrated enough to kill even birds if dispersed from a level that a sprayer jet can fly C) thinking that it would only kill one species of fish in a river full of many types of fish species.
For the record, any government capable of killing their own as they did in 9/11 and blaming it on another country just to start a war and aid an agenda should be watched closely. This story is just a complete scam.
Go to the CDC and look up phosgene gas. Yes it still made and its still used in industry, so the stories about it being illegal are incorrect. At the CDC website you will see how phosgene gas works. Its heaver than air and lays on the ground and effects every thing that breaths oxygen (not just a few or a select group). Further the military found the use of chemical weapons such as phosgene to be of little overall effect against the enemy. As soon as the enemy knew you were using gas, they simply would change to preventive suits and breathing apparatus and the gas was no longer an issue.
Did something effect the barrel fish? yes and it was common to the Arkansas river. The death of the fish was more than likely unrelated to the death of the birds, as it only effected one species. Its most likely that this species of fish is less tolerant to something in the river water which is toxin to their specific system.
Did something effect 4000 to 5000 birds? Yes and the effect lingered as they traveled south to Louisiana where they lost an additional 400 to 500 birds. You can follow the migratory path of these birds down the marshland side of Arkansas and into Louisiana. It would be my guess that the issue related to the red winged blackbirds is directly related to their migration path and where they foraged for food during that migration. The autobahn society would be a good source for investigation as this is their subject of expertise. There are specific wildlife refuge sites scattered around Arkansas and one is just North East of Beebe Arkansas. I would start there looking for the root cause related to the death of so large a flock of birds.
What about the remainder of recorded incidents around the world? There can be any number of causes for the death of flocks of birds and schools of fish in other areas of the world. The only reason they are mentioned is that news and information travels the globe at the speed of electricity (internet). Its no more than additional noise to the story in Arkansas and Louisiana. I do not buy the answer of blunt force trauma as the cause of death for the birds however, I think that rather the symptom of falling several hundred feet to the ground. I can’t understand why animal rights activist or the autobahn society has not yet weighed in on this issue if its so unusual. I can’t ever remember hearing nor seeing birds litter the landscape in this manner.

Conspiracy is a long shot in terms of what is going on here. Let’s review what information we have, multiple areas there are some species specific and some non species specific animals dying in mass amounts in a very short time period. As this was going on before it became more nationally inquired, A man conducting multiple chemical tests in the area used specifically for massive death was murdered before he got a chance to say what exactly was behind all of what he was doing. He was most likely murdered for the sake of information withdrawl, however due to complications it wasn’t confirmed like most story book murder cover-ups, and it is deducted from public thought on account of the slow and seemingly less exposed information being leaked out by the media. Thus, because the media won’t release such information quickly, the public loses interest in the situation and continues on with their lives. Before I continue let me just say that in order to find out exactly what is going on, we must stay on top of what this was, and continue our interest in the form of demanding information. That being said, the lack of information I have like autopsy reports, times, specific dates, and recorded commentary, I can’t confirm any further without being dubbed a conspiracy theorist. However with the release of at least the autopsy reports, we can work together to determine what EXACTLY caused the animals death.
We need to know what bones they broke, if there were traces of collision, if they endured massive bleeding, asphyxiation, internal exposure, and alot of other medical complications. We also need to know exactly why the birds in Arkansas were flying so low to the ground when they died, what elevation the fish were at when they died, and if those 2 questions if confirmed are relevant to the detailed information of the deaths of the other animals that died I.E Italy.

Wow! That must be some kind of plane, making it from Arkansas to the Chesapeake Bay to England and Scotland and then to Sudan, Brazil and Vietnam. That mean ol’ George Bush and his shennanegins.
I believe John Wheeler’s death was a cover-up for the test or accidental release of phosphene gas that is causing massive bird deaths. I also think that the properties of the gas and birds are why we don’t see other animals dying. Birds have a higher metabolism and depending on how the gas was released could limit the initial exposure to them. Over time, I worry about what creatures we’ll see having lung complications in the same areas the birds were dying.
What bothers me are three things:
Who was behind Wheeler’s death exactly? Not what the news/police are telling us, but who really would have done this, government agency, MITRE? They need to be exposed.
Also, if this gas is present, how much exposure/how long does it take before ppl begin having complications or dying?
Lastly, (if the gas is present) would whomever’s responsible for the gas exposure choose to endorse more cover-ups rather than attempt to neutralize the gas or vacate people from affected areas before its too late? Would the culprits even choose to kill other groups of animals in non-affected areas to sway attention from a gas exposure and hide their test/accident?
I don’t want to sound like I’m “conspiracy-theoried up”, but if I hear hooves, i think horses, not zebras. This many groups of birds and other animals dying in a 7 day span is unheard of and when I hear top-experts handing down explanations like birds collectively scared by fireworks or all running into power cables….well then, i hear hooves.
Finally someone has caught on! If it quacks like a duck, and waddles like a duck, generally IT IS A DUCK! It sounds like a cover up, it continues to get thicker like a cover up, so it must be a cover up. Too many people wish to keep their head in the sand and stay uneducated concerning some things. Because most times ignorance is bliss, but with situations like this ignorance could mean death.
If it looks like a CT, acts like a CT, and waddles like a CT, then it must be true since “deb” doesn’t know how to check out any of the claims made.
Somehow those that believe this hoax, seem to WANT it to be true. How scary is that?
What do you suppose would be a logical way of explaining the massive death of animals in one specific area? The hundreds of birds that died in one day way broad casted worldwide. And some were even filmed as they slowly passed away. I’m not a big Conspiracy Theorists and would like to debunk this one but the fact of the birds dying alone is enough to raise questions.
:roll: Seriously? The fireworks logic actually is sound. Birds are known to die of heart attacks from being frightened. Shoot chase a chicken long enough it too will flop over from a heart attack! Seriously. As for the fish dying, could have been a disease. There were all these fish that had died in Florida in one lake, and they found out that it had been from escaped PCB’s from the ’70s. Who knows, all those birds could have been geriatrics as well. I don’t follow the conspiracy theory diatribe. Methinks to many people watch the wacko ex Governor from Minnesota too much lol.
If the fireworks theory was correct then why do these mass die-offs not happen every year on new years and the 4th of July? What’s different this year from last year? Fireworks are fired off all over, why do we only see a die offs in a few areas? What about the fish/crab die offs? Come on, the fireworks explanation is completely inadequate.

This was written by Sorcha Faal. Pen-name of David Booth who writes these kinds of stories to see how many people will come out of the woodwork and attempt to defend his stories.
He takes limited stories in the news, and ties them together in a grand conspiracy and then gives it to a “source” that never can be corroborated.
Reading all those that believe any part of this story convinces me and David that there are too many people in this world that will never lift a finger to corroborate claims such as his.

Should we really believe it’s the firecrackers (that have been used for centuries without this happening in mass), although I could tend to believe THIS ‘if’ someone would discover that the Chinese – who make them – put toxins in this years batch)….,
or should we believe the other excuse (it’s the COLD weather). Reminder: It’s WINTER and winters are COLD… nothing new for those birds who don’t normally fly south, right….

First it was blamed on fireworks, now this. It’s a bunch of B.S. If this lethal gas was accidentally released, wouldn’t there be more deaths than just the 1 particular species of birds in the area? Wouldn’t people die along with dogs, cats, rabbits, etc?

i am certain that more than one species of birds died that day. and as far as why other types of animals didnt die, perhaps the lethal concentration of the gas was diluted low enough in the atmosphere to not affect other animals.
:oops: Maybe they used such a small amount it only effected birds. Why only certain birds???? Because in the cold months, most birds head to warm areas. Blackbirds, Sparrows, etc., don’t leave. Rabbits, Squirrels…they live underground or semi-hibernate, and cats and dogs pretty much are indoors during the winter. If not, we need to call the animal abuse hotline. Us lil People, our lives, don’t amount to a hill of beans these days.

I just want to let people know that Orange TKO is the best for knocking out a cough. I have had this cough where I was giving myself much damage (throat, head, brain and lung) by coughing so hard. I have since been able to Knock Out (technical knock out) more than several times since I discovered spraying the Orange TKO in the back of my throat! Even OregaSpray is good for this!
