A shocking report prepared for Prime Minister Putin by the Foreign Military Intelligence Directorate (GRU) states that one of the United States top experts in biological and chemical weapons was brutally murdered after he threatened to expose a US Military test of poison gas that killed hundreds of thousands of animals in Arkansas this past week.
According to this report, John P. Wheeler III, Special Assistant to the Secretary of the Air Force, Washington, D.C. from 2005-2008, when he became the Special Assistant to the Acting Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Installations, Logistics and Environment, was found brutally murdered and dumped in a landfill, and as we can read as reported by Fox News:
“Delaware Police are investigating the apparent murder of a former Bush official who also championed the fund-raising effort to build the Vietnam Veterans Memorial on the Mall in Washington, D.C. Wheeler’s body was found in Wilmington on Friday.
According to police, somebody initially reported that the body was dumped out of a refuse truck, which would have been coming from Newark, onto the landfill. Newark Police spokesman Lt. Mark Farrall told Fox News that nobody had reported Wheeler missing before he was found.
The Wilmington News Journal reported that Wheeler was last seen riding an Amtrak train from Washington to Wilmington, Del., last Tuesday.”
Wheeler’s military career included writing one of the most important manuals on the effectiveness of biological and chemical weapons which led to his being hired in 2009 as a consultant to the Mitre Corporation, whose aviation system development department, the GRU reports, is at the forefront of creating the computer command and control systems used by the US Air Force in their fleet of aerial spraying planes.
These aerial spraying planes, this report continues, are based at the Little Rock Air Force Base in Arkansas that over the past few months have been involved with ‘test dispersants’ of poisonous gasses in the Afghanistan War Theater using chemical weapons stocks obtained from Iraq and held at the Pine Bluff Arsenal, also located in Arkansas.
Important to note about the Pine Bluff Arsenal, which calls itself “America’s Arsenal”, is that it is one of the World’s most specialized munitions and chemical-biological defense products and services bases which Russia had previously accused of not fully reporting the chemical agents removed from Iraq, between 2003 and 2008, and taken to the US for testing and subsequent destruction.

According to this report, the US relocated from Iraq to the Pine Bluff Arsenal an estimated 63,000 metric tonnes of the poisonous gas Phosgene that is described as one of the most feared chemical weapons ever used due to its ability to literally cause the lungs and respiratory system to explode.
Nearly immediately after Russia accused the US this past summer of not fully destroying Iraq’s Phosgene poisonous gas stockpile the Pine Bluff Arsenal began an ‘accelerated’ disposal programme injecting it deep into the ground in central Arkansas, but which, unfortunately, since this past September, has caused over 500 minor earthquakes to occur raising the concerns of their local population.
More frightening, however, is the claim made in this report that the Americans have also begun shipping ‘massive quantities’ of Iraq’s Phosgene poisonous gas stocks to Afghanistan where when used they will be able to say they had nothing to do with it, and believe no one will be able to prove it either.
Important to note about Iraq’s Phosgene poisonous gas stocks are that they are no longer able to be made by any Western country, including the United States, which makes its value as a Weapon of Mass Destruction (WMD) incalculable, especially in a war situation like Afghanistan where the enemy forces are firmly entrenched in hostile terrain.
To the direct reason for Wheeler’s murder, this report says, was this past week’s transport of Iraqi Phosgene poisonous gas aboard a US Air Force KC-767 tanker aircraft from Little Rock Air Force Base enroute to Afghanistan that shortly after takeoff had a ‘critical malfunction’ of its aerial spraying computer directed command and control system over central Arkansas causing the deaths of thousands of red-wing blackbirds.
According to US reports an estimated 4,000 of these birds were killed outright and were quickly removed by US Environmental Services workers wearing hazmat suits and gas masks. Another US report states that cause of death to these thousands of birds was “trauma in the breast tissue, with blood clots in the body cavity and a lot of internal bleeding” which this GRU report states is consistent with Phosgene exposure.
Even more chilling than this incident is this GRU report stating that it was the second “accidental” release of Phosgene poisonous gas in as many days, as the day before, this same US Air Force KC-767 tanker aircraft also had a “critical malfunction” causing a release over the Arkansas River that killed over 100,000 fish.
Upon Wheeler discovering what was happening with Iraq’s Phosgene poisonous gas stockpiles, this report continues, he traveled from his home in Delaware to Washington D.C. where he openly confronted and threatened to expose the Pentagon and White House Officials responsible. Being a Vietnam Veteran who was responsible for having the famous memorial to that war erected, Wheeler was more than knowledgeable about the United States massive chemical and biological attacks in that conflict and had vowed to not let happen again.
Sadly, but all too common in the United States these days, when Wheeler threatened to go public with what was happening he was targeted for death, and as a “sign” to anyone else thinking of going against the regime, had his body dumped in a garbage pit for all the World to see.
Today, another great American was murdered in an effort to save his country from destruction. Sadly, his death will go barely noticed; the American people seem no longer to care as they continue to seek their solace in their propaganda media lies rather than confronting the brutal truth about the monsters they have let rule over them.
For hundreds of thousands of other Americans they have become so disassociated with what is happening to, and around them, they have proclaimed May 21, 2011 as the day the World will end and are giving up everything in preparing to meet their God.

If what the article says about THESE WMD (Phosgene Poison Gas) being an incalculable asset…then why not allow a portion of the stockpile of it to be valuated for the purposes of a GOLD/SILVER replacement/alternative, for purposes of financial stability, vested in the manner of the People through the housing of the State, so that our uniform currency, could THEN be EVEN MORE STABILIZED with the possesion of that stockpile?

Thank you Karen. One of the many errors in the article states the KC-767 performed this operation. The KC-767 is Boeings proposal for a new refueling aircraft and it competes against the Airbus A330. The KC-767 doesnt exist yet. I fly a similar aircraft in the Air Force to that which is shown dispersing “chemicals”. It’s a lousy photoshop. There is no place on that part of the aircraft that would disperse anything and that would be a lousy place to put it if one aircraft should be modified. I often wonder if people who write articles like this call their buddies in the office over and laugh and then its up to the next person to one-up them. Hysterical!!!

It is not normal that birds fall down from the sky that easily, neither when the state-controlled media says so!!! thanks Arkansans for speaking up! I live about 100 yards from the epicenter of a few of the quakes and it is well known that the New Madrid fault runs fairly close by. Whether the gas/oil drilling going on lately has anything to do with it I don’t know but the timeline makes sense. As for the birds, I live about 15 miles or so from where they died and the others are right – these birds flock in the thousands, so even though the number killed was large, as a percentage of the whole, it’s not that huge. Arkansans are pretty protective of our “Natural State” (our nickname) so if there was something man-made that caused this, we will get to the bottom of it.
I live in the United States, and I live in Arkansas. We aren’t deeply troubled about the tiny tiny earthquakes, it’s been going on for a long time. Fish kills also happen here every few years or so, the birds are weird, but….we had 3 tornadoes here that day also, and severe weather and lightning storms, that and birds are dropping in numerous other places too, so they all got poisoned here? Yet no person in my state is sick? This all some crazy propaganda crap. Do I doubt the government is sick enough to do something like this, nope not at all, but when I read people sensationalize something that occurs fairly regularly(fish kills, we are actually called the natural state, plenty of rivers/lakes, wildlife) it’s just annoying. What is significant is that this whole report was put together for Putin who was behind this. He wanted to make sure the ‘malfunctions’ and ‘disposal’ went according to plan. The agents of the KGB hold some of the major posts in the U.S. goverment through which he and the Russians can execute their sneaky designs against us just as they did with the Polish airliner last year. Wheeler’s complaint against the Pentagon was not that Phosgene gas was being stored and used for foreign war, quite obviously since he helped develop the use of it for that very purpose, but that they allowed the ‘malfunctions’ to occur and were cowardly assisting the Russians in their wish to get the Phosgene gas disposed underground to the endangering of our geology. 2. U.S. tanker contracts have not been decided. The KC-767 is not in service in the U.S. Military.

The person who writes this article has woven peices of one story into other stories as though they are one. Leaving the readers to believe they are a continuous series of events.
I am from Arkansas and know the Arsenal well. The night of the birds dieing we had terrible storms with hail up to the size of 1 1/2 inches. These particular species of birds flock in huge groups. One flock alone could easily have 3000-4000 birds in one small grouping of trees. Around 1000 birds were counted and it is thought that they were either victims of hail or illegal fireworks being shot in the area in celebration of the upcoming new year. The 1000 that were killed is a very sad thing, but, would only account for possible 1/5 of the population of one flock. There are tens of thousands of these flocks here in Arkansas so the population of these birds are by no means at risk.
The earthquakes are absolutely not attributable to the arsenal. Rather it is thought that they are being created from a new gas feild which has been discovered and has begun to be tapped into in recent years. Part of this process of drilling these wells is injecting water into the earth. Many folk here beleive that this in the earthquake culprit but, the water being injected is completely unrelated to the arsenal and in fact many many miles away from where the gas well drilling is located.
In regard to the dying fish, as I stated before we had terrible storms that night. The fish are thought to be victims of a lightning strike in close proximity to the river. The area that this occurred is once again many miles away from both the Arsenal and the gas feilds.
I think government is capable of many terrible things– both ours here in the US and many others around the world. By giving this “gob-ole-d-goop”, as a factual story seems to cause watchful folks to take their eyes off of real problems that we should all be keeping our eyes open for.

To all of you who are suggesting that Arkansas is not an area of normal seismic activity you are misinformed. Arkansas is directly on top of the the New Madrid fault. Which is below NE Arkansas and SE Missouri. This is also a very active fault line and registers daily on the USGS site for earthquake activity. The New Madrid Fault is part of a larger tectonic plate. Which has been quite dormant in recent years. It has also been known to create catastrophically large earthquakes.

As though they’d been pelted by hail where they’d been roosting, and died immediately. It’s also possible they were pelted out of the trees, took flight, and got pelted to death while airborne.
Any reports big (upto 1.5″) hail was where the dead birds were? Was the hailstorm intense enough to down so many?
Fish question:
Is it possible that some gas well tap(s) caused toxic elements to get into the water flow where the fish died? Repeat kills could confirm that. But your lightening strike seems solid theoretically.

@ExPat no their was no evidence of a mass dieing of bird in the roosts. When investigators went to the areas the birds are known to roost in they found no dead birds on the ground. Which is why officials have ruled out toxins and disease. The hail storms that are being theorized weren’t at the lower levels of the atmosphere (meaning there wouldn’t be evidence of the hail on the ground)there have been suggestions of upper level hail and electrical storms. The weather that evening in Beebe was overcast all night and into the early morning hours. As for fish die off it isn’t the first instance of a certain species of fish to die in mass in Arkansas waters. I suppose anything is possible…its just that a few theories are much less probable than others…specifically the idea that is being supported in this article.
Thanks expat–well, I obviously was’nt at the sight at the time it occurred. However, in the natural course of the storm approaching and the wind violently blowing I would think this would be enough to cause birds to take flight, even at night when they would not normally do so. They would be attempting to escape danger. There would be no escape for many, as they would fly right in to the sky where the hail was falling. When it is written that 1000-1500 birds were killed it sounds like allot. But, as I stated earlier it really is’nt when you consider the huge numbers which can occur in one flock alone. There could easily be 3000-5000 birds in one flock in one small grouping of trees. So 20 to 30% of the population of one flock is’nt that many birds when you consider there are 10s of thousands of these flocks in Arkansas. I live about 20 minutes from Bebee and yes we also experienced winds, and storms. We did not have hail here at our home but in Arkansas it can literally hail in one location yet not drop any hail across the street. We are known here for having strange weather patterns. As far as the fish, they are no where near where the gas wells are. But, I suppose it is possible. Yellowstone experienced unexplained deaths of some large buffalo and once it was investigated it was determined that through seismic activity, toxic gases were naturally being realeased. The buffalo were gathering in this area because it happened to be warmer there–(these deaths occurred in the winter). The gas was toxic enough that one whiff and it dropped an animal as huge as a buffalo in its tracks. However, it was a naturally occurring event. This earth is a huge, beautiful, powerful thing. Powerful enough to withstand much of the abuse we have dealt it. We should learn to take much better care of her and be kinder to each other as we share it.

What if this was made to kill and to shock people into thinking about ‘the end’ coming next year. What if they actually learn to use this sound frequency to crash airplanes and kill thousand or perhaps millions of people? Were they using the birds to replicate us people? I’ve been hearing lots of talk about average people who seem innocent, just killing others and getting confused as to why they did it. There has been sooooo much going on lately, it’s just hard to process what’s really happening out there. I read an article today about a boy and his grandfather that were from Wilton, NY. This article says that the grandfather and the boy walked across the street and the grandfather was hit by several cars and trucks. Then later the boy shot his best friend. He seemed to be confused and quiet afterwards. People are saying that the government was using mind control. But seriously, ‘mind control’? That’s the sort of stuff that beings so many questions. What I want to know is: what if our government is corrupt and planning something? Will we have to wait and find out or will we have to take action somehow? I’m not a conspiracist, but I want to know what is going on. What is our government keeping from us. If a man is murdered over attempting to inform us, I believe that there has to be a true reason as to why we are not being told the truth and why we are being shut out.

Thanks for being a thinking 17-year-old. However, your story about the grandson and grandfather in Wilton is erroneous. The grandson was accidentally shot by a friend. The grandfather died a week later after visiting his grandson’s grave, and being overcome by grief, walked out into traffic and was killed. People in general need to get their facts straight before posting.

To fall out of the sky at night means something spooked them enough to make them take to flight.

All of this article is speculation. What about the dead birds in Sweden yesterday? I doubt anything in Arkansas can be at blame for that. The weather this season has been extreme, with snows in England, flooding in Australia, and the mess in New York. This may be another sign of greater instability in the atmosphere.
I think it is tragic this hero met such a terrible end and I hope they find those responsible but it has been reported this man was in emotional trouble for several days before his death. I doubt the government would allow him to wander aimlessly if he was a credible threat.
