16-year-old Russian girl Killed in Public by 27-year-old Tajik migrant
In Novosibirsk, 27-year-old Tajik Khushnud Khamroev stabbed a 16-year-old girl out of jealousy.
He stabbed her 14 times and fled the scene. He was detained 28 kilometers from the crime scene and is being interrogated.
