An Algerian man yanked his child forcibly by the foot in front of his mother while in an unauthorized setting, after passing a rope around the child’s neck. The father was imprisoned pending trial.
On Tuesday in Cenon, a renewal of identification cards nearly ended tragically (Gironde). According to a source policewoman at Le Figaro, a person suddenly emerged while a woman was performing administrative tasks inside the town hall of the La Morlette area, put a rope around the neck of her four-month-old infant, and forcibly pulled her by the foot. Before they could tighten the rope around the infant’s neck, personnel restrained the person. He was given time to prepare his case even though his trial was scheduled to begin on Thursday. He was detained while awaiting trial.
The baby’s father said that he intended to kill the child before taking his own life. This Algerian would have been “unhappy not to be able to profit from a prospective administrative regularization related to the birth of the kid,” according to his claims. The baby was sent to the hospital for examinations. The mother wasn’t hurt at all.
That’s all you’ve accomplished, I’m going to murder him.
“Direct, I’m not sure why, but I was afraid. I feared that he might harm my son. It was all in my imagination, yet it actually happened, “the mother tells Sud Ouest. He shoved me and dragged the child into his bedroom by the foot. He’s my kid, he’s my son, he said. The baby’s father screamed, “That’s all you got, I’m going to murder him,” as the child’s head pounded on his chest while wailing and sobbing. He then pulled out his rope. “ The mother of the child, who is still in shock, maintains that the child worries herself awake at night because “this vision of the rope on his neck comes up all the time in (his) brain.”
