The United States is using its citizens as guinea pigs to test biological weapons and simulate germ warfare attacks in different locations across the country, reports say.
With the spread of some unknown diseases in the US, speculations started soaring that Washington is engaged in covert biological warfare activities which involve the use of chemical and biological weapons against human beings.
According to Dr. Hanley Watson, a former military scientist, the US Army, “from 1950 to at least mid-1976” conducted “numerous experiments simulating biological or germ warfare attacks in dozens of locations across the country.”
“Previously these experiments were downplayed by the Pentagon as ‘harmless tests’ occurring in about 8 areas in the US and employing benign substances, but this couldn’t be further from the truth.”
In 1976 the Pentagon revealed in a press conference that the US army had conducted a series of “simulated germ warfare attacks, using non-disease [sic] causing biological substances in 8 areas of the US.”
The biological tests included a 1950 operation off the coast of San Francisco; a 1966 biological warfare experiment in Manhattan in which “the vulnerability of the New York subway system was tested”; and at least three tests conducted in Pennsylvania, Fort McClellan, Alabama, and California with “fungal substances” to “perform field evaluations to determine vulnerability to enemy biological attack.”
Reports in mid-1970s widely indicated that at least one person was perished in the San Francisco biological test.
Moreover, the 1952 Alabama experiments caused a hike in the spread of pneumonia cases in the surrounding neighborhoods.
However, the US army remained defiant, arguing that no clue had been found relating the experiments to the spread of infectious diseases or deaths.
“There is nothing we have that shows any links between these tests and any outbreak of infection or any deaths.”
According to Watson “The experiments conducted from the early 1950s through 1976 were many more in number than officially stated, and they were conducted in many more locations than the reported eight.”
“In the 1950s and 1960s alone there were easily about two dozen experiments conducted in the New England area,” added Watson.

Documents released under the Freedom of Information Act have revealed that a large part of Norfolk was sprayed with zinc cadmium sulphate during 1963 and 1964 as part of an experiment by the then Chemical Defence Experimental Establishment at Porton Down to assess the impact of a biological attack. As one of its possible side effects was to double the national rate of cancer of the oesophagus in Norwich, there have also been calls to investigate health problems in the West Country, where similar experiments were carried out in 1961.

About 4600 kg ZnCdS were dispersed from aircraft and ships, at times when the prevailing winds would allow large areas of the country to be covered. Cadmium released from 44 long range trials for which data are available, and extrapolated to a total of 76 trials to allow for trials with incomplete information, is about 1.2% of the estimated total release of Cd into the atmosphere over the same period. “Worst case” estimates are 10 µg Cd inhaled over 8 years, equivalent to Cd inhaled in an urban environment in 12–100 days, or from smoking 100 cigarettes. A further 250 kg ZnCdS was dispersed from the land based sites, but significant soil contamination occurred only in limited areas, which were and have remained uninhabited. Of the four personnel involved in the dispersion procedures (who were probably exposed to much higher concentrations of Cd than people on the ground), none are suspected of having related illnesses.

On 14th November 1963, the Experimental Trials Vessel ICEWHALE slipped from Portland Naval Base and sailed around Portland Bill to Lyme Bay. At 13:19 Porton scientists started the spraying apparatus and for the next 33 minutes the ETV ICEWHALE sailed in a straight line across Lyme Bay, disseminating a massive aerosol cloud of live bacteria from its stern. During this first trial ,the ETV ICEWHALE sprayed 108 litres of bacterial suspension. By the end of the first trials season (October 1963- April 1964), the amount of bacterial suspension used in each trial had risen to 488 litres.
The spray suspension consisted of two types of bacteria. The first, Bacillus subtilis (also known as Bacillus globigii or BG), had been often used by Porton Down either as a simulant for anthrax or as a tracer organism. It was sprayed in its spore form in order to ensure survivability.
In December 1997, John Chisholm, Chief Executive of the Defence Evaluation Research Agency (DERA, a part of the Ministry of Defence) admitted that “BG may cause disease in immunocompromised people.”.
The strain of BG used in these experiments was obtained from the US Army Biological Warfare Laboratory at Fort Detrick. In May 1998, Dr John Reid, then Minister of State for the Armed Forces admitted that staff at Porton Down had been unable to find evidence of routine toxicity testing of the imported BG prior to its use in these experiments.
The second type of bacteria that was used was E.coli MRE162. This organism was isolated from a toilet at Porton Down during 1949, and given the MRE culture number 162.
Both types of bacteria were sprayed in live form and were designed to be the same size as real Biological Warfare (BW) agents- between 1- 5 microns. This size is used in BW to ensure that the bacteria bypass the body’s natural defences and reach the deepest parts of the lungs, the alveoli, where they can more easily cause infection.

Chapter 2 = chemicals being used to keep residents oblivious, which appears to be why Fresno’s Public Works (who committed perjury to deny what is taking place) will not allow the tap water to be tested for pharmaceuticals.
