Body Of U.S. Military Expert Found In Del. Landfill
John Wheeler, special assistant to the Secretary of the Air Force, was chairman of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund, which was the organization responsible for building the memorial on the National Mall. Wheeler's body was found at landfill in Delaware. He was 66.
