NASA has published a report concerning ancient Roman UFO accounts, the report entitled “Unidentified Flying Objects In Classical Antiquity” was compiled by Richard B. Stothers. Stothers, who was a graduate of Harvard, had four papers published in the Astrophysical Journal, and was also a member of the NASA Goddard Institute for Space Studies until his death in 2011.
