Slobodan Milosevic was officially exonerated for war crimes at the Hague last week and the story was buried in the New York Times, yet it is one of the most significant events of the last month. First they imprison the man for political reasons, where he dies after 5 years incarceration, then, 10 years after his death, they quietly announce he is cleared of all counts against him? Barely a squeak...
