“Migration of illiterates increases 20%” a study by the National Institute of Educational Evaluation (”INEE”) (of Mexico) reveals that the number of illiterate youths – from 15 to 29 years of age – who emigrate to the United States in search of better living opportunities increased by 20 percent.
