Florida braces for Erika after storm's deadly pass through the Caribbean

With tropical storm Erika likely to make landfall on Monday, Florida has declared a state of emergency and is bracing for impact. The storm has already devastated the island nation of Dominica, leaving as many as 20 dead in its wake.
