The Spanish government has announced that the Spanish NGO Proactiva’s ship ‘Open Arms’ – which is currently holding 107 migrants the south Mediterranean – can make its way to Spain to offload the migrants in Algeciras. On Sunday, Italy’s National Populist Interior Minister Matteo Salvini ordered the migrant ferry to vacate Italian waters immediately to go Spain, the Associated Press reports....
