Ms. George, who appeared at Brighton Magistrates’ Court, faced charges of two counts of attempted murder and two counts of administering poison with intent to endanger life or inflict grievous bodily harm. The unsettling discovery occurred on Thursday at an address in Hunters Way, where Ms. George was found alongside two youngsters, aged nine and 13.
