Universities and colleges are no longer allowed to consider race in their admissions processes. The Supreme Court of the United States, with its conservative majority, has now ruled that.
Prestigious American universities such as Harvard have previously had racial quotas for students.
This has meant that blacks and members of other low-IQ ethnic groups have been allowed to go ahead in the queue in the admissions processes – with the aim of improving “diversity” among students.
This has disadvantaged whites and Asians, who have thus systematically missed out on places that went to less talented non-whites.
This has been the case for decades, but now HD has determined that this so-called positive differential treatment is against the constitution.
President Joe Biden rages against the decision and says he is “strongly, strongly” critical of it.
House Democratic Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries reacts by calling Supreme Court members “extremists” on Twitter.
