After a two-year suspension, the ownership company Meta has now restored former US President Donald Trump’s access to Facebook and Instagram, reports Reuters.
Trump was suspended from the platforms after the so-called storming of Capitol Hill on January 6, 2021.
Meta said in January that it would lift Trump’s suspension “in the coming weeks” but block the ex-president again if he were to violate the rules.
In January, Donald Trump had 23 million followers on Instagram and 34 million on Facebook, writes Reuters.
