14-year-old Teen Boy Stabbed During Mob Lynching in France

While he was at the bus stop for line 31, a 14-year-old boy saw a car brake sharply on seeing him and three people get out of it, then chase him with belligerent intentions. Quickly immobilized, the teenager was beaten up before receiving several stab wounds which pierced his thigh, flank and upper knee.

From a police source, it is indicated that the victim was however able to escape his attackers and be hitchhiked by a motorist who took him to the emergency room. He was hospitalized with a reserved prognosis.

The investigation into what could be qualified as attempted homicide, with a motive still undetermined at this time, was entrusted to the departmental security of Bouches-du-Rhône.
