Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko, regarded as a Putin ally, has blamed Ukraine for the devastation caused by Russian missile strikes on Ukrainian cities.
Lukashenko warned that “complete destruction” is inevitable if Ukraine does not surrender, claiming that they are obstructing peace talks by continuing to resist the Russian military.
His comments came amid reports of Russian missile strikes on Ukrainian energy infrastructure and civilian areas, leading to power outages, water shortages, and displacement of millions of citizens.
Lukashenko asserted that the fate of Ukraine is in its own hands and urged them to halt the resistance to avoid the “complete destruction” of the country.
He compared the situation to the fight against fascist Germany, stating that if Ukraine wants to recover, the fighting must stop.
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov echoed Lukashenko’s sentiment, blaming Ukraine for the suffering of the civilian population and urging its leadership to meet Russian demands.
As Lukashenko and Peskov sought to deflect blame, residents of Kyiv faced dire conditions with power outages and water shortages following the recent Russian missile strikes.
The situation in Kyiv and other cities highlighted the severe humanitarian impact of the conflict, with citizens resorting to collecting rainwater and facing challenges in accessing basic necessities.
Western leaders denounced the bombing campaign, with French President Emmanuel Macron referring to the strikes as “war crimes.” The conflict continues to escalate, causing significant humanitarian and geopolitical concerns.

Lawmaker David Arakhamia, head of the governing Servant of the People faction and Ukraine’s chief negotiator with Russia, said Kyiv is ready to provide Russia with security guarantees after it withdraws its troops from Ukraine, pays reparations, brings all war criminals to justice, and voluntarily surrenders nuclear weapons.
When Russia does that, “we are ready to sit at the negotiating table and talk about security guarantees,” Arakhamia said.
Ukraine, STATE SPONSOR OF TERRORISM.
The USA, NATO and the EU should pay billions in compensation to Russia for using their hired proxy Ukraine to overthrow Putin and destroy Russia so that the Jews could seize power in Russia again like they did in 1922 ,when they set about destroying Christian Russia and exterminating Russian Christians. the Jews with the help of the USA, Britain and the EU want to return to the good old days of 1922.
