Putin is happy with Russian mothers who are making 10 or more babies which are gonna be used as cannon fodder for his future wars.
In the midst of the conflict in Ukraine, Vladimir Putin has brought back a Soviet-era prize intended to stop Russia’s declining birthrates.
The despot has reinstated the honorific title “Mother Heroine,” which was first used by Soviet dictator Joseph Stalin but was later dropped following the fall of the Soviet Union.
As soon as their tenth kid reaches one, women who have and raise ten or more children will get both the honor and a one-time payout of £13,000.
There are exceptions made for individuals who perished in a terrorist attack or in an armed conflict, but only if all of their nine other children are still alive.
They will also be given gold medals with Russian flag decorations. Russia’s population has been dropping steadily for years, reaching 145.1 million in early 2022 after a drop of about 400,000.
