Do you remember that time when almost everyone in the right-wing sphere of influence believed that Belarus was somehow “based”? Well here’s how based it is… now it is helping Middle Eastern migrants break into Poland and from there into the rest of Europe. Yup, really “based” of Belarus! As you can see…. same old, same old communist scumbags!
The Belarusian services continue their attempts to transfer Middle Eastern migrants across the border with Poland. According to the latest reports by the spokesman of the Border Guard, Anna Michalska, foreigners receive sets of tools from Lukashenka’s border guards to enable them to pass the fence created by the Polish side.
In an interview with the Polish Press Agency, Lieutenant Anna Michalska spoke about the recorded cases of newcomers entering the territory of the Republic of Poland through the wall built on the border with Belarus. – Yes, they are young men. They managed to cross the spans, but where there is no concertina yet , the Border Guard spokesman explained.
As the representative of the formation added, foreigners trying to force through the fortification are properly prepared by the Belarusian services. – They are well-prepared and determined people, equipped by the Belarusian services with special anti-slip gloves, telescopic ladders and grinders. Illegal migration is perfectly organized by the Belarusian side – reported Lt. Michalska.
According to a spokesman for the Border Guard, “the Belarusian side noticed that the dam is an effective method of border protection”. – For now, the physical barrier is ready, the creation of which is already bringing effects, but for us the most important will be electronics, cameras, motion sensors – she added.
The construction of a physical dam on the 187-kilometer section of the Polish-Belarusian border is nearing completion. Initially, it was supposed to be completed by June 30, but it was later reported that the works on 7 km would be completed by mid-July. Last Friday, Lieutenant Michalska said that a two-kilometer section still awaits completion. The contractor declares that he will complete them by 23 July.
In addition to the five-meter long physical barrier made of steel spans, an electronic barrier is being built on the border with Belarus, which will protect a total of 202 km. It is to be ready by mid-September. It will have several detection lines: a cable on the dam, underground (to detect vibrations) and a vision system on poles placed every 100 meters along the border line. It will consist of daytime and infrared thermal imaging cameras.
The cost of the physical and electronic dam is PLN 1.6 billion in total.
