The PJ identified and detained a man, a foreigner, heavily indicted for the practice, at the end of last month in Guarda, of a crime of sexual abuse of a six-year-old child in a reception center.
The Judiciary Police identified and arrested a 41-year-old foreign man, heavily indicted for the practice, at the end of last month in Guarda, of a crime of sexual abuse of a 6-year-old child, refugee from Ukraine.
In a statement, the PJ indicates that “the facts occurred inside a Reception Center for Refugees and other foreign citizens, in the city of Guarda, where the perpetrator and victim resided at that date”. He is a citizen from Pakistan, according to CNN Portugal.
The PJ adds that the suspect was “presented to the competent judicial authorities, for the purposes of a first judicial interrogation” and was “subject to the coercive measure of preventive detention, until conditions are found to subject him to the obligation to remain in housing, with electronic wristband application.

I don’t know why this is news. Incest and pedophilia are rampant in third world countries, as well as in 1st world countries with populations that are mired in poverty. Of course, we also have CIA child sex rings throughout the US and the world used to manipulate, control, blackmail politicians, leaders, other State Dept. officials, church leaders, etc., which have flourished since they killed JFK. CIA and military officers raped children in front of their parents during interrogations in Iraq, Afghan, Syria, etc., and at black sites including Gitmo. Rumsfeld admitted he authorized it, but the rape of detainees (male and female) has been the norm for decades!
The common factor in most cases is the mother is in a position where she has no power, no means of getting assistance she needs to escape with her child, or like the Bush wives and Jill Biden, been programmed by the agency so she ignores the abuse and never remembers when it occurs.
The agency has programs at colleges/universities, private schools, religious schools, and targets those who are children of elites, or those with ambition who have an interest in pedophilia, sadism, the occult, or who are homosexual. They groom them before putting them in positions like Congressmen, judges, attorneys, executives, military officers, etc.
Until a nation attaches a severe penalty which is promptly enforced, children are provided with a safe means of exposing an abuser, and they aren’t forced to submit to re-victimization in court by attorneys, while law enforcement goes after all of them from the top reaches of government to the local hood, we will not see an end.
