This Dr. Shetty is an idiot. What he is saying that here on out, every single death on this planet can be attributed to the vaccine.
By that logic, the Polio & ChickenPox vaccine has killed many billions since the first time they were introduced.
This has to be translated in several languages to spread it out to the world.
