The European Court of Justice has said on Wednesday that it ordered Poland to pay a million euro (around $1.2 million) every day until it brings its judicial system in line with European Union standards.
The harsh penalty was “necessary in order to avoid serious and irreparable harm to the legal order of the European Union and to the values on which that Union is founded, in particular that of the rule of law,” the Luxembourg-based court said in its ruling.
The fine comes in response to the controversial decision by Poland’s Constitutional Tribunal, which earlier this month prioritized national laws over those of the European Court of Justice (ECJ).
Warsaw and Brussels have been at odds since the nationalist Law and Justice party came to power in Poland in 2015, strongly opposing the EU’s policies on migration, LGBT rights and climate change, among other things. The bloc has been blaming the current Polish leadership for eroding the checks and balances within the judiciary in the Eastern European country of 38 million as well as trying to take the justice system under political control.
The European Commission is already withholding from Poland a €36-billion grant for post-pandemic rebuilding, the ECJ’s new fine being another attempt by Brussels to bring Warsaw to heel.
Alexander De Croo, the prime minister of Belgium –one of EU’s founding members– also addressed the ongoing dispute with Poland on Wednesday, saying “you can’t pocket all the money but refuse the values.”
He also responded to the recent comments by Polish PM Mateusz Morawiecki, who suggested that the EU may well start “a third World War” over its differences with Poland and vowed that his country would defend its rights “with any weapons which are at our disposal” if this happens.
According to De Croo, his Polish counterpart was “playing with fire when waging war with your European colleagues for internal political reasons.”
The the EU is doing here with Poland, they are acting as if there is an inherit problem with the Polish leaderships, not just the current one but also the past ones. In reality the opposition of the Polish leadership to sodomy REFLECTS the opposition to it by the Polish people as well.
Numerous referendums and polls have been conducted in Poland and THE PEOPLE, in a VAST OVERWHELMING MAJORITY DO NOT WANT OR AGREE with homosexual marriage and adoption of children but the EU doesn’t give a shit. What the EU says is F YOU POLAND and POLISH PEOPLE! Minority rules, not the majority! They insist with so many referendums almost yearly hoping that one year thee people will be tired to go out and vote for the same shit over and over again while the vocal homos will go even if these votes would be held daily. This is the typical persistence of the Jews! Sorry but no sorry, this is just how Jews insist on getting it their way.
The fact that there are so many referendums despite the people saying NO NO NO NO NO, tells us that there are powerful Jews behind this homo agenda in Poland. Now question if somehow by accident in one of these referendums, YES wins….. will there ever be another referendum to see if the people changed their option back to a NO? Of course not. A yes is their agenda and this is why they keep insisting because this is just what Jews do. They do not care for democracy, they care for their agenda only and what they are doing, is they are trying to scheme use the democratic system to get their agenda done.
Democracy? Pfff its a veil, a myth they use for their agenda. It matters not that in a democratic nation the MAJORITY rules and dictates. No no no, selective minority rights. That’s what matters to them. They just enjoy giving special privileges to selected groups of minorities like ethnic minorities of non-European descent, homosexuals, etc.
What about if we have a minority group of anti-semites? Can they also benefit from special rights and privileges despite the fact that the majority of Polish people would disagree with Anti-semitism?
It is exactly the same principle!!!!!!!!!!! You want LGBT for a small minority vocal crowd against the wishes of the majority of Polish people? Ok give them LGBT but also give anti-semites the same rights and privileges! While we’re at it, since LGBT activists demand indoctrination of homosexuality to children in schools, well nazis should also be allowed to visit schools and indoctrinate the children. Additionally they should be allowed to build statues with Hitler if they want. Ohhhhhhhhh its not so convenient now isn’t it? Now we listen to the majority!!!!!!! Now the minority doesn’t matter anymore…. Uhuh!
They tried for years now to brainwash the Poles into agreeing with LGBT and democratically asked them as often as possible “do you wanna legalize homo marriage and adoption?” and the Poles said for years NO NO NO NO NO NO NO until now in 2021 the EU is basically saying: “Go fuck yourself with your democracy! We’re not interested in democracy! We want legalization of homo marriage and adoption in Poland even if you don’t want it and democratically showed to us that you don’t want it through numerous referendums! No! We’re done with your referendums, we don’t care what Poles want!”
Yeah, this is basically a 100% correct translation of what is going on now in this EU vs Poland case and just so you understand, being a homosexual in Poland is not even illegal but that’s not enough, they wanna marry and be allowed to adopt children….. if they would be given that (they shouldn’t!) marriage is only for male and female, they would start demanding more like in USA, now they moved on to tranny children chopping off their sausages and being injected with hormones.
As you can see democracy in 2021 only has one interest and purpose: SEX, and the insertion of penises in which holes… now you no longer see arguments in the EU parliament over economy ideas, over infrastructure buildup, no, now the only conflicts in the EU are about SEX, homosexuality or vast immigration which also comes down to sex as what is the purpose of importing these millions of Arab and African men into Europe if not fuck us out of existence? Democracy is all about the fucking now…
