Nigeria has declared a national emergency over a “strange epidemic outbreak” that has already left 15 dead and 104 infected by this disease, which can end the life of a person in just 48 hours.

The Upper House of the African country has urged the Nigeria Center for Disease Control (NCDC) to monitor the situation to try to prevent the spread of the disease .
He also requested that those infected be treated and called on the population to avoid contact with the infected as a preventive measure.
