SSU, the Social Democratic youth association in Sweden, does not hesitate to take on tough measures to halt climate change. Now, SSU wants elderly people to eat only vegetarian foods.
In addition, the youngsters want to impose a complete flying ban between Swedish cities, remove all nuclear from energy production and ban fossil fuels.
SSU, The Social Democratic Youth Association, is the largest party youth association in Sweden and its suggestions to halt climate change are becoming increasingly radical. At SSU’s ongoing congress, there are several hard core suggestions on the table, which if implemented will place tough burdens on the Swedes.
Stop meat-eating
Among the suggestions, the decrease of meat eating is a main concern for SSU. The group demands that vegetarian foods is to be the norm at all tax payer institutions which include schools, hospitals and elderly residents in Sweden. This to ensure that carbon dioxide emissions will decrease. Elderly people are however not that often vegetarians compared to youngsters, so it is unclear how cherished the suggestion will be by the elderly residents.
Stop people from flying
SSU also demands tough measures to stop people from flying. The youth association wants to impose a progressive flying tax which will mean that the more people fly, the more tax they must pay. But flying between Swedish cities is to be completely prohibited if SSU gets to decide, despite the far distances between Swedish cities.
Wait what? Stop people from flying? So we invented the airplane so we can stop flying? How can everyone fail to see that we need to end and totally ban and torture all forms of leftism and liberalism? These people would want us to return to the cave. They are anti-human!
Stop fossil fuels and nuclear power
In addition, all gas and fossil fuel are to be prohibited by the year 2030, SSU demands. As a result from the fossil fuel ban a massive increase of electric cars can be expected. How these cars will be loaded is also a little unclear since the youth association does not stop by banning gas and oil. It also wants to ban all nuclear power in Sweden by the year 2040.
Stop journalism
In addition, SSU does not like reporters watching over them. After receiving critical questions by the MSM tabloid Expressen about the costs of their representatives’ private campaigns, the Social democratic youth association also banned the newspaper from their ongoing congress.
