This week, the trial of a failed 27-year-old African asylum seeker charged with raping a nine-year-old girl began in a German court.
According to Bild, Seydou N., originally from Niger, West Africa stands accused of savagely raping a nine-year-old in the Elbwiesen nature reserve in Dessau-Roßlau earlier this year.
Court prosecutor Julia Legner has said, “the girl was there in the morning with her teddy under her arm to play in the meadow.”
Legner told the court the migrant from Niger had first rode passed her on his bicycle but turned around to talk with her.
“He said to her, ‘Beautiful baby, beautiful baby.’ When the injured party told him to leave her alone, he pushed her to the ground. He licked her face and threatened, ‘I kill you’, as she screamed and struggled,” the prosecutor explained.
Legner continued, saying, “The defendant then had intercourse with the child. With her 28 kilos, she had no chance against the adult who weighs 80 kilograms.”
Prosecuting attorneys noted that although Seydou N. had applied for asylum status in the country, his application had expired only a week after he committed the heinous act.
Upon arresting Seydou. N., police discovered an illegal butterfly knife on his person, leading to an additional illegal weapons charge.
Due to the traumatic physical and mental injuries inflicted upon her by the West African migrant, the victim’s mental orientation has been drastically altered for the worse. According to the nine-year-old girl’s lawyer, she now suffers from a wide variety of conditions associated with post-traumatic stress such as mood swings, severe anxiety, and a sleep disorder.
She’s now afraid to leave the house by herself – and rightfully so.
Sadly, this case of migrant rape against a young underage girls in Germany is only the most recent of many.
Last month, Ali Bashar, a 22-year-old Iraqi migrant who raped and murdered 14-year-old Jewish girl, was convicted and sentenced to life in prison by a German court in Wiesbaden. Bashar’s lawyers said that they would appeal the decision.
