Jews in America have literally declared open war on “anti-Semites”. This is like an open conflict with the US constitution which grants freedom of speech rights no matter how offensive it is. There is no such thing as hate speech, its a modern utopian invention.
With that said, this is not even a problem as much as the main problem is that ANY form of criticism towards Jewish people is now considered anti-semitic as described by the US Department of State.
You are literally not allowed to say anything or you are an anti-semite but regardless of what they have to say about this, French philosopher Voltaire had something to say too a few hundred years ago: “To learn who rules over you, simply find out who you are not allowed to criticize.”
He did not refer to Jewish people when he said those words but it doesn’t matter, it just happens that today hundreds of years later there is a group of people who you are simply not allowed to criticize, they are simply put, above the law.
Here’s what the AP reported:
The memorial service for Kaye, 60, drew hundreds, including the three people wounded in the attack, federal and state lawmakers, a U.S. State Department envoy on anti-Semitism and a representative of the Israeli government, along with local city and police leaders.
The U.S. State Department’s new envoy on anti-Semitism told the congregation that her death will not be in vain. He said the Trump administration is committed to fighting evil wherever it lurks.
“I’m here to say we are at war with these people,” Elan Carr said, vowing to fight anti-Semitism in “every city in the United States.”
Now that’s a bold statement…
Nobody should be exempt from criticism no matter what horrors they’ve been through in the past.
Just because I as a person, let’s say have been really poor and beaten up by everyone 10 years ago, should I now be immune from any criticism?
Can I now just openly rob and beat others because ohhh the horror, 10 years ago I was abused?
This is not just some crazy woman doing this, there’s more to it, according to The Jewish Voice:
Elan Carr, a former prosecutor in the Los Angeles district attorney’s office, was appointed as the State Department’s Special Envoy to Monitor and Combat Anti-Semitism, according to the Jewish Insider web site and several other sources. This position, established by the Global Anti-Semitism Review Act of 2004, has been vacant since January 20, 2017.
In a statement sent to the media the Agudath Israel of America, (the nation’s largest Orthodox Jewish organization) said that they “welcome President Trump’s selection of Mr. Elan Carr to the position of State Department Special Envoy to Monitor and Combat Anti-Semitism. Mr. Carr is an experienced and distinguished public servant and a prominent leader in the Jewish community of Los Angeles.”
The Agudath added that, “Mr. Carr’s commitment and his unique skills make him an excellent choice to effectively lead the United States’ fight against global anti-Semitism. Agudath Israel California activist Stanley Treitel reacted to the news by observing that, “I know Elan for many years as fighter for Jewish causes and against anti-Semitism in a variety of contexts. I congratulate his appointment as the State Department’s Special Envoy on Anti-Semitism.”
Now the same AP reports that Florida has already just banned any form of Jewish criticism:
A bill prohibiting anti-Semitism in Florida’s public schools and universities is going to Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis.
The Senate unanimously passed the bill Monday, two days after a gunman opened fire in a California synagogue, killing one and injuring three others.
The anti-Semitism definition also includes expressing hatred for Jews, calling for the killing or harming of a Jewish person, criticizing the collective power of the Jewish community, or accusing Jewish people or Israel of inventing or exaggerating the Holocaust.
Here’s what exactly is considered anti-Semitism in the Florida bill, these are exactly point for point, word for word from the US state department:
(a) Examples of anti-Semitism include:
1. Calling for, aiding, or justifying the killing or harming of Jews, often in the name of a radical ideology or an extremist view of religion.2. Making mendacious, dehumanizing, demonizing, or stereotypical allegations about Jews as such or the power of Jews as a collective, especially, but not exclusively, the myth about a world Jewish conspiracy or of Jews controlling the media, economy, government or other societal institutions.
3. Accusing Jews as a people of being responsible for real or imagined wrongdoing committed by a single Jewish person or group, the State of Israel, or even for acts committed by non-Jews.
4. Accusing Jews as a people or the State of Israel of inventing or exaggerating the Holocaust.
5. Accusing Jewish citizens of being more loyal to Israel, or the alleged priorities of Jews worldwide, than to the interest of their own nations.
(b) Examples of anti-Semitism related to Israel include:
1. Demonizing Israel by using the symbols and images associated with classic anti-Semitism to characterize Israel or Israelis, drawing comparisons of contemporary Israeli policy to that of the Nazis, or blaming Israel for all inter-religious or political tensions.
2. Applying a double standard to Israel by requiring behavior of Israel that is not expected or demanded of any other democratic nation, or focusing peace or human rights investigations only on Israel.
3. Delegitimizing Israel by denying the Jewish people their right to self-determination and denying Israel the right to exist.
However, criticism of Israel that is similar to criticism toward any other country may not be regarded as anti-Semitic.
(c) Nothing in this subsection shall be construed to diminish or infringe upon any right protected under the First Amendment to the United States Constitution, or the State Constitution. Nothing in this subsection shall be construed to conflict with federal or state discrimination laws.
Adam Green does an outstanding job exposing this hypocrisy:
