Why don’t phones come with RADIO FM anymore many people are wondering… Well as hard as it is to digest by the gullible sheep, its because of the globalist mafia.
I know people love their brands, Iphone is the best, Samsung is the best, no Huawei is the best, bla bla, fighting like stupid children over candy all while globalists corporations are rubbing their hands over the billions of cash they milk.
Well the truth is that they all suck! MAFIA STYLE!
In fact it turns out that they ALL DO have Radio FM built-in, even Iphones but both carriers and OS manufactures impose them to disable RADIO FM because they want the people to use their precious internet data and pay up for traffic and Google Play Music and Apple iTunes want you to BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY music from their stores.
Some activists are trying to fight these mafia organizations since 2015 but so far its 2019 and most phones are still released without a RADIO FM app on them. Fighting these multi-billion globalist corporations is like punching a mountain and hoping that some day you will be able to crack it in two. The age of progress, common sense and justice has long passed. Now its the age of cash and idiocy.
Yes, this is what capitalism and globalism does, it is a regression of technology, a backwards mentality and downright PURE MAFIA tactics. What is the difference between those thugs and the mafia? None…
But here’s where the things get even weirder, despite most phones being treated differently by the manufactures according to their regions they always have NETWORK FREE versions which are sold in markets, electronic stores, not just carrier-locked phones. So those network free phones should be more free, shouldn’t come with any region locks, shouldn’t have radio locked and hidden away!
Jesus Christ… the levels of stupidity in today’s world are reaching never before seen heights.
The good news is that there’s an app which enables RADIO FM for US phones only. For some strange dumb reason, they won’t support any other country aside from USA. Anyway if you live in the US, the app is called NextRadio.
According to their Supported Devices list, even older phones should work with their app but again, only for US users.
However if you live in the EU and you necessarily want RADIO FM at any cost then OK OK OK! There’s a trick for you too, calm down!
As it turns out this is a limitation from the NextRadio app itself which is built to aid only Americans. All you need to do is to have some expert knowledge about reflashing. Just reflash your phone with an official US region firmware and Radio will work for you too.
For Samsung it should be the easiest, download a US firmware from some trustworthy source such as sammobile.com for example, and reflash it in Odin. Same process applies to all other brands, you have to change your firmware region to US. Then after you do that, you still won’t be able to even download their radio app from Play Store as its “not available in your region”.
The simplest way to do is to install the app from APTOIDE, another store similar to PlayStore which has no region limitations whatsoever. Your phone will prompt you to allow “unknown sources”, make sure you uncheck “allow for this installation only” so that it won’t bug you again in the future and finally you can now install your radio app.
Or you could just contact NextRadio and politely ask them to include Europe or other regions as well. After all why only for US?!?!? What would they have to loose if someone on the other side of the planet listens to radio via their app? If enough people contact them maybe they will consider including Europe too.
