During the anti-government protests, Romanian communist dictator Nicolae Ceausescu promised to raise the salaries of all Romanians by 100 LEI.

That was his last speech because shortly after that, he ended up killed by the revolutionaries after a mock trial.

Now just last night, Emmanuel Macron promised the exact thing, to raise the salaries of all French people by 100 EUROS and also introduce special tax exemptions for people earning less than 2000 EUROS.

Now the French are angry and are back in the streets, chanting and rioting. Is history repeating itself? This is the funniest thing ever!

Right now as we speak, thousands have taken the streets of Paris again in what is an unexpected demonstration as the Yellow Vests usually held their anti-government protests Saturdays.
