Said K. a 48-year-old rejected asylum seeker has demanded a wife be provided to him or he be deported back to Pakistan in court, as well as, admitting to raping a man in Stuttgart.
He threatened multiple people with a piece of wood with nails in it terrorising an entire office and damaging property 22 Mai in Tuttlingen. He went on to threaten a 40-year-old woman in her car.
Bernd Mager a CDU politician distracted and took him down. His face and arm were injured as Said K. stormed towards him. The brave politician was able to hold him down until police arrived to arrest him.
During his trial the judge rejected the request to take off his handcuffs for safety reasons. He was emotionless during the reading of his offences including damaging property, threats, stalking a woman, assault of police and rape.
Said K. only smiled when the rape was mentioned and justified it by simply stating that his victim, a fellow inmate wouldn’t let him watch TV.
The court ordered a psych evaluation and found that although he shows signs of a psychopath he was fully aware and criminally liable. The prosecutor demanded a sentence of one year and eight months without probation, which the judge agreed to.
His asylum application was denied in 2016 and the authorities are currently working to arrange his deportation. Due to a lack of papers a deportation has been impossible so far.
