Many white nationalists in the world don’t have viable solutions when it comes to building closed communities but here is a nice idea where and how exactly to do this. There are fully abandoned villages in Romania where a house costs only about 500 Euros. Yes you read that correctly. According to this article a house+land in some Romanian villages costs somewhere around 2200-2500 RON (474 to 538 Euros).
The youth moved to the cities or to other countries altogether, seeking material wealth, most of the old folk living there such as their parents and grandparents either died or are about to die of old age. Most of these villages are of former Transylvanian Saxons (German peasants) who just moved to Germany for better economic lives.
We are proposing the creation of mini white ethnostates similar to Orania, in Romania. There is not necessarily anything special in Romania compared to other European nations but we are proposing this country as a target due to these ridiculous cheap prices. Everybody could team up and buy entire villages… think of the ramifications of that! A dream come true in Europe, unlike Orania which is in freaking Africa in the middle of blacks.
The houses themselves are NOT in good condition, in fact most of them stand to collapse because of being abandoned for too long.
Here we give an example of 1 village but there are many more like this, Gherdeal village. Whites from anywhere in the world can go there and we can rebuild this. ORANIA 2.0 and if people are to do this, we urge everyone to team up and do it urgently because the word is getting out there and from what we am hearing Arabs may storming to buy them and make Arab enclaves in Romania. Resellers may also storm to buy them, patch them up a little then resell them at higher prices. At least 10% of the total arable/agriculture land in Romania is already bought by Arabs according to Romanian mainstream media. Arabs are mostly buying in Transylvania! The most beautiful part of Romania, whites must not allow this so team up and buy them before the Arabs do:

Jesus Christ! Who would have known its that bad in Romania with their lands? They should take the example of New Zealand and BAN foreigners from buying land in Romania. Now this is perhaps impossible as the EU won’t allow such a law to be passed on its territory as it would conflict with EU treaties which basically act like a constitution, but however at least Romania could prevent Arabs from buying their land, they could at least pass a law which will forbid non-EU citizens from buying land in their country, surely the EU wouldn’t oppose such a law.
Remember you don’t necessarily buy this for the houses themselves because they are in very bad condition, you buy them for the land and for the fact that the entire village is abandoned and you can start mini-ethnostates there. Here are some photos from Gherdeal village, this is somewhere in the Transylvania region of Romania, near Brasov city:
Doesn’t this look lovely? All you have in these villages is electricity, no sewage, no tap water and not even gas and this is because the villages have been abandoned but at least you have natural groundwater from aquifers. Once you have electricity and water… its all you need. For heating you can use solar panels, electric boilers, electric central heating, wood central heating and other stuff so its not really that bad!
So how do you get there you may ask? Well… for European Union citizens this is really easy, you don’t need anything special, you can just go to Romania directly and buy anything you want.
The European Union today is exactly a federation no different than the United States of America where you can travel and move between states anytime. So if you are a citizen of let’s say Spain (the other corner of Europe) you can just go to Romania and buy land, whatever you want, the EU is the country nowadays and the countries are now states just like in the USA.
They are allowed to have somewhat different laws but the laws are very similar between EU states because they are not allowed to conflict with Brussels mandated laws. Its exactly like in the US, laws may differ between states but the basic laws are exactly the ones from Washington, OR ELSE…
So its easy for EU citizens to do this, just go there and buy anything you want, you don’t need a passport, a visa, nothing. If you are however American, Canadian, Australian or even a European from a non-EU state such as Ukraine, Russia, Serbia, Croatia, Norway or Switzerland for example, we have no idea what are the immigration laws in Romania and how hard or easy it is to obtain a visa and move there with the purpose of buying land and permanently establishing yourself there. We simply have no idea, so this you must research yourselves if you are non-EU citizens.
