When the decision was made by the Obama administration to relinquish U.S. oversight of the internet, assurances were given that the United Nations would not seize control. However, due to either the administration’s lack of foresight or overconfidence, it seems inevitable that U.N. control may indeed become a reality if the U.S. proceeds with its plans to transfer internet stewardship by the looming deadline of midnight on Sept. 30.
Recently, Americans for Limited Government made a Freedom of Information Act request seeking all documents pertaining to legal and policy analysis concerning potential antitrust issues for the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) in the event of U.S. relinquishment of oversight. In response, the administration admitted that it had conducted a thorough search but found no records responsive to the request.
The revelation that the administration lacks a plan for how ICANN would maintain its antitrust exemption is alarming. ICANN’s ability to manage the entire root zone of the World Wide Web is largely due to its status as a legal monopolist, granted through its contract with the Commerce Department, designating ICANN as an “instrumentality” of the government.
Under normal circumstances, antitrust regulations would apply. However, entities operating under government control or as extensions of government are typically exempt from such rules. This exemption was reinforced in a 1999 case by the Second U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, which upheld ICANN’s monopoly on internet domains, citing the explicit terms set by the Commerce Department regarding the government’s policies for administering the domain system.

Except now i think Donald Marshall is telling the truth and he says these guys are all in on it including David Icke and Jesse Ventura. These guys are not and wont talk about the cloning centers and they are aware of them!…very aware of them!
