A new law will come into effect in Sweden after Christmas 2014, that will allow people to be prosecuted for criticizing immigration or politician’s unwillingness to tackle the issue.
The Constitutional Committee’s report has been voted for in parliament, seen in a letter from the Parliamentary Offices.
Member of Parliament Andrew Norlén, member of the Constitutional Committee, has been pushing the issue and he says it will rapidly become a deterrent.
“I do not think it takes very many prosecutions before a signal is transmitted in the community that the internet is not a lawless country, the sheriff is back in town” Norlén said during a one-sided ‘debate’ on the issue in Swedish parliament.
This new law is meant to stop Swedish people from complaining about their country being turned into a third world nation.
Without freedom of speech there can be no democracy. If you are not allowed to say certain things then parties that support your ideas cannot exist and Sweden is at high risk of turning into a communist USSR-like country.

There’s no political system that works for the people as of now. No matter how water proof it is. I don’t see how politicians have any choice in any major matter regarding their decisions as long as the rich elitists control the agencies capable of killing and hunting them down. A politician may be popular at first and he may also be genuine about his intentions. But after winning that popularity he too will be forced to follow the will of the agenda or face his own mortality if not. So perhaps there is another reason behind Sweden’s downfall? I usually say that a country’s politicians are merely a reflection of its people. And no people wants to die or see their family go down. There are numerous cases worldwide where presidents and political leaders have been mysteriously killed. Most had sensible ideas that were good for the people and not the elite. When prices are of such that even the middle class can live good lives without being desperate, the top can have 100 million or 100 Billion dollars, it still wouldn’t have much more effect on the middle class in terms of control. Most of the changes deal with jurisdictional questions of when and how things are to be considered published in Sweden.
It’s mostly about internet stuff, honestly.
Ironically one of the major changes is procedural: The requirement that gave those subjected to insult or slander based on race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion, etc. the ability to be represented by a public prosecutor is actually broadened to all victims of libel/slander. (there’s also some clarifications that don’t actually change anything since precedent is already worked out that way, it just changes the wording of the law)
There’s a couple of segments to it, but the major ones is:
1. A technical one regarding when a text is supposed to be considered “published” in Sweden (and thus protected by swedish law) this largely deals with foreign entities using sweden as a publishing house. Basically they’re trying to read it so that in order to be considered “published” it has to actually be availible to the swedish public somehow (so if a text is sent directly from Sweden to a foreign country, it does not fall under the protections of the swedish law) (what this means is mainly that the swedish government can look for and provide information to the foreign government, regarding eg. who published the text, something that would be very, very illegal under swedish law). Basically if a text is not actuall accessible in Sweden it no longer enjoys the special protections of swedish freedom of the press law, but instead is subject to “regular” law. (sweden has a double system where regular statute law is to some extent reproduced in the constitutional laws governing the freedom of the press (TF) and expression (YGL)
2. Deals with some credit-information stuff and what is allowed in that part. Rather technical and I’m not honestly too knowledgeable about that particular area.
3. Is a purely technical change: The police is being reorganized and the constitution refers to the names of the old (current) organizations. This thus needs changing.
4. This one deals with the reasons for when a public prosecutor (since this deals with a Freedom of the Press or Freedom of Expression case the only public prosecutor who has jurisdiction is the Chancellor of Justice) may prosecute someone for slander, insult, or similar crimes. It used to be that a public prosecutor could not prosecute these kinds of crimes unless there were “specific reasons”, namely that A) The victim is under 18 years of age B) the insults were in relation to ethnicity, race, sexual orientation, etc. etc.)
With the change the B) part is removed, and the Chancellor of Justice may prosecute someone for insult on behalf of anyone who is under 18. (this was presumably to allow the Chancellor of Justice to prosecute in cases of eg. school harassment and such)
5. Is a harmonization to EU law: In certain circumstances a defendant could be forced to pay for his own defence, even if he was acquitted. This is no longer the case.

Yes the education system has been infiltrated since about 1968 when Sweden saw a rise in communist propaganda and we had a number of public communist parties working their way in to the education system.
The propaganda directed to kindergarden children is seen upon as a funny joke today but the sad thruth is that the schoolsystem today is so impregnated in leftist indoctrination the goverment has been forced to act and soon we will have a law about teaching students on the massmurders done by stalin for an example. I saw this coming as hard work has always been punished in Sweden while “working” to be unemployed and live off the system is greatly rewarding. So this political experiment will soon kick back in our face as we realise we’ve been driving in reverse, fooled by a few controlling us.
