If you youtube Lord Monkton you will see he is comedian Sacha Baron-Cohen that also played Borat. When he created the character he went on for months fooling the world. He talks bullshit. That’s the joke. He’s poking fun at all the politicians that talk like they know what they’re talking about. He’s been featured on news stations, spoke in front of large audiences about climate change. The video with Alex Jones, he fooled us all, and the boat has passed.
