Angry, drunken revelers ran wild Wednesday night after the Vancouver Canucks’ 4-0 loss to Boston in Game 7 of the Stanley Cup finals, setting cars and garbage cans ablaze, smashing windows, showering giant TV screens with beer bottles and dancing atop overturned vehicles.

Their behavior is in no way justified, it’s stupid, selfish, destructive and degrading. They behave as if the Canadian government deprived them of their freedoms. Besides all these people did was to damage their own city not their adversary’s city. Some of these people are Anarchist activists and maybe they are at the roots of this madness. All this chaos for sports, is it worth it?
