A shocking report prepared for Prime Minister Putin by the Foreign Military Intelligence Directorate (GRU) states that one of the United States top experts in biological and chemical weapons was brutally murdered after he threatened to expose a US Military test of poison gas that killed hundreds of thousands of animals in Arkansas this past week.
According to this report, John P. Wheeler III, Special Assistant to the Secretary of the Air Force, Washington, D.C. from 2005-2008, when he became the Special Assistant to the Acting Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Installations, Logistics and Environment, was found brutally murdered and dumped in a landfill, and as we can read as reported by Fox News:
“Delaware Police are investigating the apparent murder of a former Bush official who also championed the fund-raising effort to build the Vietnam Veterans Memorial on the Mall in Washington, D.C. Wheeler’s body was found in Wilmington on Friday.
According to police, somebody initially reported that the body was dumped out of a refuse truck, which would have been coming from Newark, onto the landfill. Newark Police spokesman Lt. Mark Farrall told Fox News that nobody had reported Wheeler missing before he was found.
The Wilmington News Journal reported that Wheeler was last seen riding an Amtrak train from Washington to Wilmington, Del., last Tuesday.”
Wheeler’s military career included writing one of the most important manuals on the effectiveness of biological and chemical weapons which led to his being hired in 2009 as a consultant to the Mitre Corporation, whose aviation system development department, the GRU reports, is at the forefront of creating the computer command and control systems used by the US Air Force in their fleet of aerial spraying planes.
These aerial spraying planes, this report continues, are based at the Little Rock Air Force Base in Arkansas that over the past few months have been involved with ‘test dispersants’ of poisonous gasses in the Afghanistan War Theater using chemical weapons stocks obtained from Iraq and held at the Pine Bluff Arsenal, also located in Arkansas.
Important to note about the Pine Bluff Arsenal, which calls itself “America’s Arsenal”, is that it is one of the World’s most specialized munitions and chemical-biological defense products and services bases which Russia had previously accused of not fully reporting the chemical agents removed from Iraq, between 2003 and 2008, and taken to the US for testing and subsequent destruction.

According to this report, the US relocated from Iraq to the Pine Bluff Arsenal an estimated 63,000 metric tonnes of the poisonous gas Phosgene that is described as one of the most feared chemical weapons ever used due to its ability to literally cause the lungs and respiratory system to explode.
Nearly immediately after Russia accused the US this past summer of not fully destroying Iraq’s Phosgene poisonous gas stockpile the Pine Bluff Arsenal began an ‘accelerated’ disposal programme injecting it deep into the ground in central Arkansas, but which, unfortunately, since this past September, has caused over 500 minor earthquakes to occur raising the concerns of their local population.
More frightening, however, is the claim made in this report that the Americans have also begun shipping ‘massive quantities’ of Iraq’s Phosgene poisonous gas stocks to Afghanistan where when used they will be able to say they had nothing to do with it, and believe no one will be able to prove it either.
Important to note about Iraq’s Phosgene poisonous gas stocks are that they are no longer able to be made by any Western country, including the United States, which makes its value as a Weapon of Mass Destruction (WMD) incalculable, especially in a war situation like Afghanistan where the enemy forces are firmly entrenched in hostile terrain.
To the direct reason for Wheeler’s murder, this report says, was this past week’s transport of Iraqi Phosgene poisonous gas aboard a US Air Force KC-767 tanker aircraft from Little Rock Air Force Base enroute to Afghanistan that shortly after takeoff had a ‘critical malfunction’ of its aerial spraying computer directed command and control system over central Arkansas causing the deaths of thousands of red-wing blackbirds.
According to US reports an estimated 4,000 of these birds were killed outright and were quickly removed by US Environmental Services workers wearing hazmat suits and gas masks. Another US report states that cause of death to these thousands of birds was “trauma in the breast tissue, with blood clots in the body cavity and a lot of internal bleeding” which this GRU report states is consistent with Phosgene exposure.
Even more chilling than this incident is this GRU report stating that it was the second “accidental” release of Phosgene poisonous gas in as many days, as the day before, this same US Air Force KC-767 tanker aircraft also had a “critical malfunction” causing a release over the Arkansas River that killed over 100,000 fish.
Upon Wheeler discovering what was happening with Iraq’s Phosgene poisonous gas stockpiles, this report continues, he traveled from his home in Delaware to Washington D.C. where he openly confronted and threatened to expose the Pentagon and White House Officials responsible. Being a Vietnam Veteran who was responsible for having the famous memorial to that war erected, Wheeler was more than knowledgeable about the United States massive chemical and biological attacks in that conflict and had vowed to not let happen again.
Sadly, but all too common in the United States these days, when Wheeler threatened to go public with what was happening he was targeted for death, and as a “sign” to anyone else thinking of going against the regime, had his body dumped in a garbage pit for all the World to see.
Today, another great American was murdered in an effort to save his country from destruction. If this was due to a chemical release, then these birds would have died almost instantly (well, at least within a few hours).

This article is interesting, and I won’t disbelieve it outright. Three things that don’t add up though. 1. Why would they be transporting this horrible poisonous gas in an airplane inside of spray tanks. Seems like if you’re going to transport deadly chemicals around the world, it would be as cargo in a cargo hold. 2. How could two flights, on the same plane, in such a short span have the same malfunction that releases the most deadly gas? To happen once would cause heads to roll and people would make sure to fix the problem. (though, i guess it is possible). 3. If the US was using chemical agents in Afghanistan, people would know. My sister is in Afghanistan as an Army OR nurse at a special forces base, and uses Facebook without any editing from the army. Some of the soldiers would tell people if they were using it there.

While this article raises some good points about the murder of the the US official, it level of vitriol against the US is insane. The author clearly has misguided view of the US, believing that “hundreds of thousands” of Americans believe that the world will end on May 21, 2010. Regardless of whether this story is correct or not may I remind you all that we have been employing scientists from all over the world in an effort to figure out what has been killing off the honeybee population over the past several years while claiming that we are completely baffled as to why they have been disapearing. Of course all of the scientists involved directly and indirectly have been extremely concerned since this species of insect pollenates many of our food stuffs and their extinction threatens our survival. However the Wikileaks document release has shown that we the US and the EPA along with Bayer Chemicals have been knowingly using a pesticide this whole time that has been killing off the Honeybees along with other beneficial insects. All other countries have banned this chemical because of the danger to the insect and therefore OUR survival but the corrupt EPA and the US government not only allowed Bayer Chemicals to sell and use this chemical but classified the use of this pesticide so that we and the rest of the world wouldn’t know that we were using it. One thing to realize is that the dumping of corexit in the Gulf continues. Also there are reports that anti-freeze is being used as well, or in the absence of corexit. The evaporation/rain cycle in my view is beginning to wreck havoc on the world’s bird population, and no telling what to all life on the planet.
I should also mention that the marine biologists I spoke with mentioned that the number of fish that died are just a drop in the bucket to the population in that area. He said it’s not un-common for this to happen.
He also mentioned that the black birds falling have been known to happen before as well. They are a nuisance bird and are killed by some people via poison. (Although the reports were saying it was blunt force and not poisoning).
I live in between the chemical stockpile in Pine Bluff, AR (the town that instituted curfews on townsmen), and Camden, AR (home of many bomb manufacturers Day and Zimmerman, Raytheon, and more). For the past month or two there have been massive explosions going off towards Camden. They have been shaking the house, and rattling the windows of my house.
They have been supposedly disposing of bombs from the arsenal. Although I will say that this doesn’t really take away from our arsenal, but making way for the new, as Raytheon supposedly recieved a new contract for making some new missles.
I’ve got a neighbor that is a marine biologists for the Arkansas game and fish commission that worked the fish kill-off in Lake Dardenale last week. He said 150,000 drum died. He said they are suspecting it to be a species specific disease.
There are no KC-767s by that or any other name like KC-X in the USAF inventory, and in fact there are are very few in the world, with those in Japanese and Italian hands, about 7 total. Right now the USAF has three tanker models, the KC-135 (B707), KC-10 (DC10) and KC-130 (C130). Once the new tanker contract is awarded (again!) to the KC-30/45 (A330) next month, it will replace both the KC-135 and KC-10s. There are currently 1 KC-767 and 2 KC-30s in testing, owned by Boeing and EADS. Other KC-30/45s are in service in Australia and Britain.
BTW, the “Chemtrail airplane” in the photo above is a RC-135 “Rivet Joint” intel aircraft that is venting burnt fuel, since the fuel system on those aircraft vent the burnt fuel away from the engines to prevent thrust slowdowns and residue buildup, which hurts the engine performance.

First the Pine Bluff Arsenal was incinerating the munitions. They finished it last year.
Second the small quakes, are most likely due to the Fracture Drilling they’re doing for natural gas locally. They have drilled over 7000 wells so far in the central/western parts of Arkansas. Could it cuase quakes? Maybe.
But it also has been a very dry year so maybe the quakes are from the lack of lubrication ground water provides.
Little Rock Air Force Base, it primarily a C-130 base, a cargo plane, not much more comes in or out unless there is an air show.
The fish in the river was all Drum Fish, that must be some good stuff your smoking to think that the they’re targeting that one type of fish.
I have no idea why the birds died, and would not rule out something leaked from a flight, but why was it only one type of bird and not all of them? Where are all the dead pets that live outside, or dead livestock, there is beef farms all over that area, that would have died from the same “gas”.

The area was limited to a patch of forest near the base…blackbirds are flock birds and dont allow other birds to hang out in their flocks…they are territorial.
These were not general widespread dispersant of gas but limited leaks in limited areas so the areas and the resulting deaths would be limited too.

Are you in the airforce…have you worked on any real tankers…I have done retro fitting of several aircraft types and the airforce inventory does not list all its aircraft.
True. Due to contracting improprieties, the USAF has yet to choose a replacement for the KC-135 air tanker.
But reported technical anomalies aside, we cannot afford to overlook the fact that thousands of red wing blackbirds fell out of the sky.
I would encourage the author of this article to stay on top of this story. Just do a little more research before putting “pen to paper.”

A few things wrong with this article. 1st. The article states that it was a chemical weapons test, yet at the same time says the plane was transporting it to Afghanistan. Maybe te Air Force wanted to ge rid of some excess blackbirds on the way? 2nd. There is no way a GRU report to PUTIN would have gotten out for publication this quick, if at all. 3rd. The red drum is a bottom dwelling fish, and for the chemical to reach them to kill them, it would have also killed other fish species as well. Could a weapons test have occurred? Sure. Could there have been a screw up? Sure. But this story has way too many holes in it. This is what happens when a reporter with the IQ of a oyster writes a story without doing a modicum of research.
Well said Tim, the animals that are dying off are of all the same species. Why just black birds, by not dove, sparrows, wrens, and all the other kinds of birds that flock together, geese duck etc. why are only one specific species of black birds falling from the sky? same with the fish, its just drum right? why not catfish and carp and other bottom dwelling fish. And a chemical weapons test? over american soil by americans, in a populated area…populated with…americans? are you kidding me? Is this an accident? sure it is, of what is yet to be discovered.
The U.S. has tested chemical weapons on it’s own in the past. In San Fransisco in the 50’s an experimental chem. was introduced to the drinking water (nerve gas I think). Supposedly it wasn’t enough to kill outright but it did lead to peoples endocrine systems failing and eventual death over many years. It is very close-minded to believe that the U.S. military is not capable of these atrocities. Also, my friends father is a veteran of the Vietnam war and has been in an ongoing battle with military lawyers over the military testing Agent Orange on him. It happens. The U.S. government/military is not a virtuous as FOXnews and others make it out to be.
