A Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) report circulating in the Kremlin today states that the top US Federal Judge for the State of Arizona was assassinated barely 72-hours after he made a critical ruling against the Obama administrations plan to begin the confiscation of their citizen’s private retirement and banking accounts in order to stave off their nations imminent economic collapse, and after having the US Marshals protecting him removed.
According to this SVR report, Federal Judge John McCarthy Roll was the Chief Judge for the United States District Court for the District of Arizona who this past Friday issued what is called a “preliminary ruling” in a case titled “United States of America v. $333,520.00 in United States Currency et al” [Case Number: 4:2010cv00703 Filed: November 30, 2010] wherein he stated he was preparing to rule against Obama’s power to seize American citizens money without clear and convincing evidence of a crime being committed.
The case being ruled on by Judge Roll, this report continues, was about bulk cash smuggling into or out of the United States that the Obama administration claimed was their right to seize under what are called Presidential Executive Orders, instead of using existing laws. The Obama administration used as support for their claim before Judge Roll, the SVR says, the seizing of all American citizens’ gold, in 1933, by President Franklin D. Roosevelt’s signing of Executive Order 6102, which was ruled at the time to be constitutional.
Should the Obama administration win their argument to seize their citizen’s money by Executive Order without having to abide by the law was made more chilling this past week when reports emerged from the US stating that President Obama and his regime allies were, indeed, preparing to rule America by decree since their loss this past November of their control over the US House of Representatives, and in the words of the Washington Posts columnist Charles Krauthammer: “For an Obama bureaucrat … the will of the Congress is a mere speed bump”.
Since taking office in early 2009, Obama has completely overturned the once free United States through his use of Executive Orders that asserts his power to put anyone he wants in prison without charges or trial forever and his right to assassinate any American citizen he deems a threat.
The most chilling of these powers Obama has asserted for himself, however, are contained in Executive Order 13528 he signed nearly a year ago (January 10, 2010) creating a Council of Governors he has hand-picked to rule over the United States in place of its elected representatives when their next “disaster” strikes and orders them to begin “synchronization and integration of State and Federal military activities in the United States; and other matters of mutual interest pertaining to National Guard, homeland defense, and civil support activities”.
Going from the chilling to the outright scary, about whatever “disaster” the American regime is preparing their people for, is Obama’s Homeland Security Department, through their Ready.Gov organization, beginning to air this past week a public service television commercial titled “World Upside Down” that shows a typical family sitting in their home suddenly losing all of its gravity and warning all who watch it to begin preparing.

Interesting to note about the assassination of Judge Roll is that it is being blamed on a “lone gunman” said to be mentally unstable (aren’t they all) said directed at a US Congresswoman named Gabrielle Giffords, who survived this mass killing, and that killed at least 5 other innocent people, including a 9-year-old girl named Christina Taylor Green “curiously” born on September 11, 2001 (9/11).
Equally interesting to note about the assassin, a 22-year-old man named Jared Loughner, is that he is being described by the propaganda media organs in the US as an “anti-government” type individual who prior to this mass killing is said to have left “crazed rantings” on the Internet, but whose “handler”, described as a white male between 40-50 years old with dark hair, is still being sought after.
The circumstances surrounding Judge Roll’s assassination by Loughner, also, mirror those of Farouk Abdulmutallab (aka The Underwear Bomber) who “used cash to buy a one-way ticket to the United States at the last minute while carrying no luggage and being on a terrorist watch list. Incredibly, his father had communicated to the US Embassy in Nigeria in November that Abdulmutallab had been radicalized and may be planning a terrorist attack.
At least one witness—passenger Kurt Haskell—claimed that a well-dressed Indian man had escorted Abdulmutallab to the ticket counter and told a ticket agent that Abdulmutallab didn’t have a passport but needed to get on the plane.”
To if this Loughner is able to join the long list of CIA/US Military “mind controlled” assassins there appears to be no doubt as his actions, past, present and future, shows his fitting the “profile” of these maniacs as detailed in the massive lawsuit currently wending its way through the US Federal Court system [United States District Court Northern District Of California, San Francisco Division Case: CV-09-0037] filed against the US government by hundreds of veterans, and as we can read as reported by the Raw Story news service:
“It’s well known that the CIA began testing substances like LSD on soldiers beginning in the 1950s but less is known about allegations that the agency implanted electrodes in subjects. A 2009 lawsuit claimed that the CIA intended to design and test septal electrodes that would enable them to control human behavior. The lawsuit said that because the government never disclosed the risks, the subjects were not able to give informed consent.”
To if the American people will ever be told the truth about Loughner and his assassination of Judge Roll there seems little doubt as the Obama regime is fighting with everything it has to keep the information on these “mind controlled” assassins secret, and as we can read as reported by the Courthouse News service:
“The Central Intelligence Agency in January (2011) will argue for dismissal of Vietnam veterans’ claims that the CIA must provide them with information about the health effects of chemicals used on them during Cold War-era human experiments. The CIA also claims it is not obligated to provide the veterans with medical care for side effects of the drugs. It’s the CIA’s third attempt to get the case dismissed.
“In a 2009 federal lawsuit, Vietnam Veterans of America claimed that the Army and CIA had used at least 7,800 soldiers as guinea pigs in “Project Paperclip.” They were given at least 250 and as many as 400 types of drugs, among them sarin, one of the most deadly drugs known to man, amphetamines, barbiturates, mustard gas, phosgene gas and LSD.
Among the project’s goals were to control human behavior, develop drugs that would cause confusion, promote weakness or temporarily cause loss of hearing or vision, create a drug to induce hypnosis and identify drugs that could enhance a person’s ability to withstand torture.
The veterans say that some of the soldiers died, and others suffered grand mal seizures, epileptic seizures and paranoia. The veterans say the CIA promised in the 1970s to compensate those who were made guinea pigs, but the 2009 complaint states that the government “never made a sincere effort to locate the survivors.”
In its 32-page motion to dismiss the group’s third amended complaint, the CIA claims it has no legal obligation under the Administrative Procedures Act to provide the veterans with notice of the drugs’ health effects and that the veterans’ notice claim “rests solely on state common-law duty.”
The CIA claims that the law on which the veterans base their claim for health care compensation stems from the Department of Defense and Army regulations, “which do not purport to have a binding affect on the CIA.” And it claims that the Defense Department “never intended nor committed to providing medical care for service member participants in the test programs.”
Based upon the CIA’s assertion that the US Defense Department “never intended nor committed to providing medical care for service member participants in the test programs” clearly shows their knowing of the existence of these “mind control” assassins, like Loughner, leading one to wonder how many more of them are out there, and even worse, when they will strike next.
One can only hope that there is some “power” in America today able to stop the madness currently taking over that once great nation before all is truly lost, we hope it is much sooner than later for all of the worlds sake.

Art 2 Sec 1 says, “No person except a natural born citizen”. It says you must BE one, not what one IS.
Your wording “one born in US of US citizen parents” is a paraphrase from Vattel. What he actually says is that “natives” are those born in a country of parents who are natives to that country. Vattel also states later that only the nationality of the father matters. So he couldn’t have meant both parents. Parents is pluralized in parallel with natives, as it refers to parents of multiple people.

“The person having the greatest Number of votes for President, shall be the President” (12th amendment).
So Obama is President.

So there you have the constitutional prerequisites for removing a sitting president (Obama, see above).
Can you point to any place in the Constitution where it says a President can simply be removed on the vague accusation that he is not eligible?
Besides, good luck having ineligibility declared “Treason […] or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors”. For that, you’d have to prove not only that he was born abroad but also that he knew he was born abroad (and not the other way around that Obama has to prove his good faith).

I think the news your getting in America is very different to hear. There is presently no more evidence that O was born in the US than there is evidence that he was born in Kenya. That is the crux of the issue.
If he actually exited the womb in Hawaii, then his citizenship is valid. Until and unless evidence of this is presented, there is legitimate question, of Constitutional importance. In spite of the claims of partisan Hawaiian authorities, the liberal media, and progressives across the land, there has to date been no such evidence presented to the American people.
Neither a newspaper item nor a laserjet printout of a certificate decades after the birth comprise valid evidence. ONLY the actual long-form birth certificate, from the time of his birth, will suffice – not a forgery or Rathergate copy, but the original. The “word” or “witness” of a patently partisan governor is also insufficient.
If the document actually exists, it would be in America’s best interest for O to authorize its publication. If this is not done, the only reason would be that it DOES NOT EXIST. Concealment of this would be of grave detriment to the American people and to the Republic.
If O was born in Kenya – there are also “witnesses” and documents to suggest that this may be the case – then his US citizenship would not be valid, because of the age of his mother and the non-US citizenship of his father.
This issue is bigger than all of us, and will NOT go away. Teams of researchers, investigators, and lawyers are working on this round-the-clock. It IS that important.

The Constitution reads: “All persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.” This 14th Amendment was added to the Constitution in order to make freed slaves full citizens. It had nothing to do with illegal aliens entering the country and having babies. It it imperative the Constitution be interpreted in the context in which it was written. He says pretty clearly in his post that he is referring to Title 8 Section 1401 as saying “Anyone born inside the United States” as one stipulation for citizenship at birth. And that is EXACTLY word for word the entire first entry in section 1401.

I think the issue is that people in professional and political positions of importance simply cannot sit around addressing every claim which questions their credibility.

It does say “…parents who are citizens”, however parents is only pluralized here in parallel to “natural-born citizens”, meaning the parents of multiple people. Vattel clearly did not intend this to mean both parents of one person as he also states that only the citizenship of the father is considered. So even if you pretend our constitution references this “definition” of NBC, it is discredited by it’s own admission.

Here is a UNITED STATES Supreme Court ruling on the subject. it proves the theory of the NBC is an old concept dating back to the 1600’s. It shows a long line of common law that led to the U.S. Constitution, and that the framers did NOT innovate on the subject of the NBC. Instead they chose to continue the long-standing tradition practiced under British sovereignty.
The case is easy to comprehend, and pretty straight forward. This is not something made up on the spot or re-interpreted by me. It simply is what it is. Read it:
United States v. Wong Kim Ark, 169 U.S. 649 (1898):
In this case, the majority of the Court held that a child born in U.S. territory to parents who were subjects of the emperor of China and who were not eligible for U.S. citizenship, but who had “a permanent domicile and residence in the United States, and are there carrying on business, and are not employed in any diplomatic or official capacity under the emperor of China” was a U.S. Citizen.

That USC you name does NOT describe “natural born” citizen, it’s describing native born citizens which are any one born in U.S. territories or property such as McCain being born in Panama, but on a U.S. base–U.S. territory. Do you have a link or reference number for the case you speak of, because the link to the seizure case provided in the article refers to the type of case that dates back to the 80’s. No Obama agenda in that case. There are thousands of such cases in border states every year since at least 1987 announced each Wednesday in USA Today.

One of the cases cited, and I cannot find it exactly in my notes, so from memory I can get you enough to look it up: USA vs $333,876 filed in USDC AZ, ruled against the USA by Judge John Roll, January 2010. One can pull the details of that one up using that info. As for the initial filing of seizing 401(k)s, check into the House Finance Committee, as John Boehner responded in writing to the President on that occasion repeating the same thing that Judge Roll ruled later; mainly that seizure of Private Funds, for whatever reason, without proof of a crime, and due process was illegal and unconstitutional. The first attempt was made in Feb 2010.
There are several other sources: Former Sen. Bob Bauman and Larry Grossman, both of Sovereign International Pension Services (Mr, Grossman is the Executive Director) were asked about this rumor, and replied that it had been raised, and it could be possible. It was suggested that ” Retirement funds should be transferred off-shore, just in case.” May 5, 2009

It’s also largely understood that NBC is simply one who becomes a citizen at birth, rather than acquiring later. The only distinction in US law regarding citizenship is that of being born a citizen, or becoming a citizen after birth. Vattel didn’t say “natural-born citizen” but rather “natives”. Natives are those born in a land rather than adopted into that land. The term NBC was likely later adopted from the British natural-born subjects, but doesn’t change Vattel’s meaning, or specifically define ours.
Therefore, it’s perfectly logical and sensible that NBC in the constitution was a term adaptation used to refer to those born as citizens.
I would take this degree of sensibility over your tireless efforts of misrepresentation to try to create a notion of a factual definition which does not exist any day.

To be a Natural Born Citizen a person has to be born in the U.S. of two citizen parents. Obama doesn’t qualify because his father was never a U.S. citizen. He is native born at best.
It’s funny to see when people still come back and post on here about this off topic discussion.
But no matter how many times this sentiments is repeated, nor how many people repeat it, it still doesn’t make it true. No where in our constitution or USC does it state this claim of “two citizen parents.” The closest thing to your statement is from Vattel who was actually referring to natives, who also stated that he only considered the father to count, to even be a native.
It is outlined what a citizen is, and how you can be a citizen. You can be born a citizen, naturally occurring by birth right, or by legals means of transition after birth. But the term “natural born” is not defined.
The most logical means of defining this, rather than repeating a definition which is either a complete fabrication, or complete rewording of a mistranslation from French, would be to simply look at the words and defined differences I mentioned above.
There’s no explanation any birther can give which would suggest that natural born more likely means some non-existent rule of “having two parents who are citizens” rather than simply occurring naturally by birth.
It is inherant in a republic that law and order be observed by society as the rule of the land. Where a law is violated the society needs to stop that violation. Where a law has been suspected of being violated the suspect is innocent until proven guilty. When that suspect is accused of violating the law than it is the juiristiction of the courts to determine whether the violation occured. In the case of being “natural born” it is the responsibility of the political party to assure that a cnadidate qualifies for the position. Lacking that it is the responsibility of the people to verify, through the courts, that the candidate qualifies. The definition may be in dispute. If a person is born in another country (never disproved) of one U.S. citizen parent, is that person then a “natural born” citizen (I believe this allows dual citizenship until the person chooses one or the other). Just being born with one parent a citizen is stretching the meaning. Having dual citizenship is stretching the meaning. Having no verifiable evidence that would pass scrutiny is stretching the meaning. The courts are delinquant in not treating this as a Constitutional crises. It should have started in the Senate and gone directly to the Supreme court.

Obama was a Brit AT BIRTH under the British Nationality Act of 1948. Senior was a British Subject/Citizen and NOT an American.Senior was not even Naturalized.

But Obama was also a US citizen at birth, thus a natural born citizen (as you cannot be naturalized at birth).
Any other citizenships do not matter for the definition of NBC as it is not up to other countries to decide who is eligible.

Vatelle’s Law of Nations explicitly gives the accepted definition of a natural born citizen as being born of two citizen parents in their country of citizenship. Look it up, our founding fathers used Vatelle as a constant reference when they were writing the Constitution. Letters between the authors prove that fact.

The Council of Governors was mandated by the FY 2008 Defense Authorization passed under, and signed by, George W. Bush before President Obama took office. Just saying….
It appears that the two are not the same, as the original contained in FY 2008 Defense Authorization is limited and Obama’s is expanded greatly. Bush never created it and the following website goes into much detail including the citing of writings by progressives.
Read it all, but a deadline on establishing the Council was put in the act, which expired in Obama’s 4th month in office! I don’t like Democrats or Republicans or the Tea Party and as far as I am concerned Obama’s term may as well be Bush in office.

A SERIES OF EVENTS LEADING TO EXPANDED DOD POWERS
The Council of Governors is not a complete bolt out of the blue, but another step in a series of events. The first recommendation of the Council came in a May 2007 commissioned report on the National Guard and Reservesby Arnold Punaro. The review noted that the Guard was short almost $40 bil in supplies and equipment due to committments since the 911 attack, and that individual governors had been “slighted”. The commission recommended a creation of the Council of Governors so that “… governors could provide direct input on National Guard issues to the executive branch.”
Month’s later, it’s creation was mandated by Congress, with no specific timeline to do so, via The National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2008. This was a bill first introduced by Ike Skelton in the House Jan 2008, and sailed thru both chambers with almost unanimous bi-partistan support. It was signed into law Jan 28th, 2008 by then President Bush, and became Public Law No: 110-181.
Buried in the 602 pg bill (pg 498) was Section 1822 – aka the mandate:
SEC. 1822. COUNCIL OF GOVERNORS.
The President shall establish a bipartisan Council of Governors to advise the Secretary of Defense, the Secretary of Homeland Security, and the White House Homeland Security Council on matters related to the National Guard and civil support missions.
President Bush never created the Council, and neither had President Obama… until yesterday, that is. The question is, did Obama create this council for it’s original purpose? From what I’ve put together so far, it’s not looking that way. Keep reading.
