Michelle Obama states that Kenya is Barack’s “home country.” She knows, after twenty years with Barack. The Ambassador or Kenya has confirmed the same His family friends all know it, and are in fact quite proud of the fact that Americans had no hesitation in electing a “black man from Kenya” as President of the United States.
The US Supreme Court knows what the constitutional condition of “natural born citizen” means. Even the most far left member of that court, Justice Ginsberg, is on record proclaiming that a “natural born citizen” is a birth child of TWO legal US citizens.
Democrat Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi knows that Barack Hussein Obama is not eligible for the office of president, which is why she refused to certify the following language when certifying Obama as the DNC candidate for president in 2008.
This is the normal language for certification of nomination for president and vice president, filed by the DNC only in the state of Hawaii…

The people willing to ask the tough questions are deemed crackpots and conspiracy theorists, racists or bigots. But those tough questions should be obvious questions to all Americans and every president should have to answer those questions, no matter race, creed, color or party affiliation.
I fear that those questions will only be answered at the tip of pitch forks and torches one day. Sooner or later, the people will run out of patience with a system built to exclude them. When that day comes, I fear what methods will be employed and whether or not there will be a country left to save by then.
But sooner or later, one way or another, Obama will have to answer those questions. One day, the world will know who and what this man is and there will be a day of reckoning like no other in American history.
The longer it takes for that day to arrive, the more dangerous the situation will become. A man not even qualified to hold the office is using that office to destroy the greatest nation on earth. How much patience can the people be expected to display?
Obama is not eligible for the office he currently holds and everyone in a position to know – already know.
What they don’t know is how much longer they can keep it all a secret, or what will happen next.

Bill Clinton wasn’t incompetent. He was able to move to the center. The budget got balanced (even if only on paper) because he worked with Republicans. Clinton was capable of wetting his finger and testing the political winds; Obama doesn’t care what anyone thinks about his initiatives (except for those who DO agree), and especially not the overwhelming majority who disagree with his version of “Hope and Chains”. Yeah, Bill was pretty much a reprehensible character in his personal life, but politically, he was astute and a pragmatist, and a skilled politician. Obama is neither astute nor a pragmatist, and I hesitate to call him a politician at all. He operates as though he were our sovereign monarch.

I received an email this morning saying that an unknown step sister of Obama has died suddenly! Does anyone else know anything about this? It used to be that it was said that Pelosi “refused” the certification in all 50 states. When an exception was found it is said that Pelosi “refused” in 49 states. The 50 is just as much a made up number as the 49.

Actually, it may well be important WHERE someone is born as far as presidential eligibility. While the judicial record is solid in favor of those born in the United States, it is less clear for those born of US citizens abroad (S. Res. 511 notwithstanding).
However, you can go to the Hawaii Department of Health web site (http://hawaii.gov/health/about/pr/2008/08-93.pdf) and see a letter signed by the director saying that she examined the state’s records and Obama was born in Hawaii. That pretty much ends the story, and makes me shake my head in amazement over why articles like the one above imagine these massive conspiracies to make it not so.
Where you are born DOES matter. The reason the Democrats used in their attempt to keep John McCain from his presidential run was his birthplace of Panama. When the question came up, he supplied both his and his parents birth records, military records and health records to Congress and the media. The Senate passed Resolution 115 to declare McCain Natural Born although he was born in a US territory. There is a huge difference between being a US citizen and being a natural born US citizen. Obama receives citizenship from his mother…that is not enought to qualify him for the presidency. I have no idea if he is a natural born citizen or not…he should show his paperwork or resign. There simply SHOULD BE NO question of whether or not our president meets constitutional requirements for the job.

Steve, while I appreciate the salutation, I could not disagree with you more. There are forces out there who would love nothing better than to discredit the Founding Fathers for the good work they did in founding this nation.
A lot of our current problems lie in the actions we have taken in moving away from the Republic they set up and moved towards a progressive democracy as embodied in the 17th Amendment that took away the election of Senators from the State’s houses and gave it to the people same as the Representatives. Frankly, I might rather live under a despot than a total democracy because a despot can be reasoned with. A mob trying to vote themselves a bigger paycheck out of everyone else’s checking account cannot.
Now, OBama getting elected is a result of corruption marching all the way to its logical conclusion unimpeded by either side because they both have financial interests and agendas that benefitted from sweeping Obama’s history under the rug until after his election. I know the story, and it plays well to honest folk who would never do such a thing, but the truth of the matter is that we always seem to elect the same DNA…namely the person with the most royal blood always wins. Our elections are usually runoffs between cousins.
In a country of 300 million, the odds of this are probably astronomically against such a thing occurring…but yet it is so. How can Obama even be remotely related to Dick Cheney?

In my opinion, there are two types of individuals, those who reason and compromise and those who cannot reason and of those there is a mix of violent to complacent.
It is almost impossible to get a rise out of the reasoning types because their nature clearly makes them want to talk, listen and decide. And as long as the non-reasoning types can be distracted or kept pacified with what they like they are incapable of uniting for a common cause because of their very selfish natures. So, the result is the state of our Nation and soon the entire world: the ‘babblers’ babble, therefore keeping the reasoning people pinned down and ‘pacified’ with never-ending word analysis and ever compromising, with such things as talk shows, political rallies, community services, religious agendas and education and most important work (Feminine).
The non-reasoning are in sub groups of Soldiers, Criminals and Trash. As long as there are program to support their desired activities, such as wars, massive festivals, mind altering activities, entertainment, sex, games etc. (masculine).
The male roles based on action (or positive or active) have been all but eliminated. The female roles (negative or passive) have taken over every aspect of human life. Pure crap. He hasn’t spent $2 million to defend this at all. Much of the legal work has been done pro bono, costs have been split among multiple defendants, and it doesn’t cost much to file a Motion to Dismiss which has been granted in every case. Natural born citizen status means he was born in the US. Only one parent need be American according to many Supreme Court cases. Finally, Obama’s mama was NEVER in Kenya and the govt there has confirmed this. Now we have birthers sprouting up in Europe as well. Get a life.
If there is no problem with his illegibility then why does he not simply put an end to all this division by producing his damned birth certificate (as John McCain did)? Such a simple thing – but apparently he can’t do it? Why not?
These articles are from factcheck. If you look around you will find that the birth certificate from Hawaii passes all the federal legal requirements for a valid birth certificate.

I was told at the time I applied for a passport that the easy to obtain short form may not be accepted by the state department so I may be asked to provide the long form. It happened. I had to take another month to get the long form from the state capitol. If you look around you will know that this happens quite a bit.

Absolutely NOT true! We were going to Ireland and all three of my sons had to obtain the long form of their birth certificate in order to obtain a passport…anything else is NOT accepted. And my nephew was applying to a daycare for his daughter and they had to come all the way to Richmond to obtain a copy of the long form of her birth certificate in order to enroll her. You could not be more wrong. Obama is required to release the financial records of all of his PAC’s and it turns out he has been using his PAC Obama for America to pay his legal bills. Our election process is rigged. Don’t believe me? Ask Michael Connell, oh wait, they killed him. It would be better if we hand counted the votes like Iraq.
