In what is being described as one of the most astounding power grabs in modern history by newspaper headlines around the World, President Obama has succeeded in his audacious plan to remake America into a full fledged godless communist empire barely one year into his term with the enactment into law by the US Congress of his mammoth health care plan innocuously named H.R. 3200-Americas Affordable Health Choices Act of 2009 and described by one Kremlin legal expert as having “nothing at all to do with health, but everything to do with control.”
To fully grasp the full and grim implications of Obama’s power grab over the American people with his Nationalization of the United States entire health care industry and student loan programme accomplished with the passing of this new law, it must be remembered that since taking office on January 20, 2009 he has also taken over their automobile, mortgage, and banking industries too with the Internet said being next “in his sights”.
More insidious than these takeovers that have been destroying America’s once vibrant capitalistic system is the new regime these once free peoples are now destined to live under, and where under their new health care law will require all of them to carry a National ID card (page 58) and allow their government unlimited access to all of their bank accounts and personal records (page 159).
And in a chilling instance of the ancient prophecies for these time of “The Mark of the Beast” becoming reality, the National ID card all of the American people will now be required to possess (regardless of age) is to be combined with their new government ID card under their upcoming new immigration laws allowing them to work and is biometrically designed to “read” the backs of their hands.
[Note: According to the Christian Bibles Book of Revelations, the ancients warned of a future time when everyone, both small and great, rich and poor, free or slave, would receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads which without they would not be able buy or sell anything.]
Though many have tried to warn these Americans about the plans for their Nations destruction at the hands of the Obama backed communist forces who have taken over their country [including our March 2nd report “Russia Warns US Communist Threat Endangering Entire World”] the propaganda organs in the United States have rendered silent nearly all opposition and dissident views from reaching them and they remain asleep to the true dangers soon to come upon them.
The same, however, cannot be said about the rest of the World where during this past week alone, UN Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon signed a cooperation agreement with a Russia-led security group of ex-Soviet Nations as a counterbalance to the US led NATO forces (who are currently expanding their wars against the Muslim Nations to steal their vast oil and gas wealth) and one of China’s top military officers called for his Nation to build the World’s strongest military and move swiftly to topple the United States as the Global “champion.”
To how ignorant the American people have become to the yoke of communist oppression being pressed upon them by Obama’s forces we can glimpse from a report in today’s Los Angeles Times that says “The Democratic administration of Barack Obama, who denounced his predecessor, George W. Bush, as the most secretive in history, is now denying more Freedom of Information Act requests than the Republican did.”
And as to why Obama and his communist forces would seek to keep from the American people what is really being done to them we had, also, previously warned about in our February 12th report “The “End Of Days” Are Upon Us, Warns Russian Patriarch” and wherein we had stated:

It goes without saying, of course, that the propaganda media organs beholden to their godless communist masters will never inform their peoples about these things, and for those of us who do there is always great danger. But as the events in the United States are now showing to even those most in denial about what is truly happening, the time nears when hard choices will have to be made by everyone if freedom for our human race is to be saved.

Like soooo many people, I have no idea what this new ‘health’care plan will do.
My girlfriend’s husband is a heart surgeon so I asked her what he thought of it. Unfortunately it was just as I expected, and according to her, the doctor’s hands will be “completely tied up”. She could barely bring herself to discuss the subject because of how upsetting the HCP is.
I, for one, would prefer that in the event heart surgery is needed that it would be the doctor who made the call, especially in the event of an emergency, NOT Obama’s ‘health’ care plan.
I have been of the position that Obama was not qualified to ‘feed the chickens’ and so far he hasn’t dissappointed me. I think that he will go down in history as the worst president this country has ever had and that is based on his performance so far not on my opinion.
How dare he destroy the fabric of this country! How dare he promise things that everyone knew he couldn’t deliver and put this nation in a state of panic! How dare he embarrass American people!
It’s always the same crap! We need to give just a little to help everyone else. Well, what in the hell do you think we’ve been doing for the last 105 years??? Just what percentage of a dollar are you willing to give to the government? Not just Federal, but city, state and county? Also, you will need to factor in sales tax, property tax, tanning booth tax -THE FIRST TAX IN AMERICA TO TARGET THE COLOR OF ONES SKIN, by the way. The list is endless. You could also figure all sorts of other taxes on our lifestyles. Alcohol, gasoline, tobacco, lawn care, automobile. You Liberal nut jobs get the picture yet?
So, say something smart on here and tell us just what percentage of every dollar YOU are willing to fork over to your governments(s) to make it “nice” for everyone else. And while you’re at it, explain to us why it is that with ever expanding government programs and ever higher taxes, NOTHING is getting better and all of the programs are unsustainable and bankrupt.

Consider the tax on one’s SSI benefits: the benefits are the result of a prior tax, so you are taxing a tax – something which remains illegal. The same thing is the case in “death taxes”. The money has already BEEN taxed. It should not be taxed again simply because it is now in the hands of another person. Notice when gasoline prices started to rise, the signs changed. It used to show the price of the gas followed by the cost of federal and state taxes; that’s not done now because folks would realize how MUCH of the cost of gas is a result of federal and state taxes! Arguments have been made regarding the use of an income or value-added (national sales) tax. Problem is, once a tax is imposed, it is never rescinded.
It’s like the tolls put on bridges to pay for their construction. Most of our bridges have been bought and paid for hundreds if not thousands of times – but the toll remains. And as for those who say that the toll helps offset the upkeep of the structure, you will find that little or no money accrued is used for that purpose which is why so much of our infrastructure is dangerously vulnerable to collapse.
As in everything else, state and federal, money allocated to the People’s needs usually finds its way into other folks’ pockets often with tragic consequences as in the case of the billions of federal dollars allocated over the years to fixing the levies in and around New Orleans which were never used for their supposed purpose but were lost in the swamp of Louisiana’s corrupt politics.
Meanwhile, these gigabillions of dollars over the years have been taken from the salaries of hard working Americans of all races and used to purchase the necessary influence to keep folks in Congress or the State legislature in perpetuity. Even when it might be said that the politician WANTED to help, government simply cannot do the job of “leveling the playing field” and producing wealth out of taxation. Lyndon Johnson once funded with still unending tax dollars a “war on poverty”. Poverty won – but unlike ordinary wars, win or lose, government programs, their costs and their consequences – intended or otherwise – simply go on in perpetuity. It is easier to change the Constitution (note the adoption and repeal of the 18th Amendment – Prohibition) than it is to get rid of these federal and state “feel good” laws and regulations.
I believe that the federal government at least, is BEYOND being fixed. We should go back to the 10th Amendment and remove every agency, bureaucrat, regulation and law permitting the federal government to trespass on our liberties. Of course, the jobless rate will skyrocket, but then, the jobs that are presently being “created” by Obama’s policies are all in the public sector anyway.

@Yamabusihi, quoting the Bible is no more or less rational and intelligent than quoting many other books including some “history” that is certainly neither objective nor factual. Of course, Scripture has a special meaning to believers, but it contains a whole lot of truth even for non-believers. You must admit that if one were to return good for evil, the world would be a lot better off. And if we did not “covet” our neighbor’s possessions, if we did not steal or give false witness or murder, again the world would be much better off. You tend to think that because some people erroneously understand the Word of God, that there is something wrong with God! But that is like blaming the hammer when you hit your finger as you try to drive the nail!

God is not an accountant; He does not judge by our standards but by His own. Many is the man who believes that he does NOT believe, but he acts in such a way as to be worthy of salvation. When Christ tells us not to judge, He is not talking about judging whether another man is honest or not. You would be a fool not to be concerned about someone’s honesty before you hired or elected him. The Lord is speaking about those who spend their time trying to figure out where other people stand with God! Are they being “saved”? Are they damned? We are told that it is none of our business. That is between God and that other fellow. Our business is our salvation, period.
You would be better off if you were less dismissive of a great work of philosophy, literature, history (yes, history) and theology. You must not judge it by everyone who says that he is properly interpreting Scripture. If you want to know what it REALLY says, then read it yourself. You are intelligent, if you make an effort to be objective and not pre-judge, you may be surprised at what you learn and at how much you THOUGHT you knew really wasn’t so.

I love you guys and gals, some use language that is unlearned and their attitudes need to be brought under control and others are quite well addressed on the issues that they are passionate about. I encourage each of you to attain unto the best that you can be and in all cases let your heart not be troubled for if it is then you should quieten it before speaking. You may be right about your opinion but your way of getting there may be tarnished. Well this is one big debate that will probably never get solved. The facts are that on one side Health care cost are out of sight, and that owning your own business and trying to have some form of Health and Medical insurance is next to impossible, the same can be said for simply driving an automobile, or simply getting home insurance. Just about anything to do with Insurance is costing way too much , and then to be denied and hastle with what is covered and what is not, is very frustrating.
On the other hand letting the government try and run something is a whole other subject and scarey thing.
I read where in the State of NEVADA that they closed down one of the old BROTHELS and the local governing body reopened it and tried to run it for profits, and they failed,lol. Can you imagine that, the local government was not able to make money in one of the oldest business in the ancient world. Our public transportation systems all accross this country have always run in the red, and our supposed social security system is a failure, and now Health Care,
We seem to be between a rock and a hard spot, since our Health care certainly does need some kind of reform, but what?
The obama solutions do not even address the real issues, and yet this system we have has great medical care for those who can afford it, but force many into overwhelming debt for basic and minor medical care.
I recently purchased a 1 month supply of a drug for my 4 year old, and the insurance that I carry paid 80% of what was a total cost of $2,600.00.
Once again , on one hand I am glad that I had some form of Insurance, but I am sure they will recover this sooner than later, and the real question is , why so much ? and who is really taking advantage of what?
The system needs to change , but I do not believe this is the answer for solving our problems, it is a many sided issue.
Lance, this isn’t a debate except for those who do not understand what’s happening.
1. Healthcare “reform” has nothing to do with “health” or “care” OR “reform”. It has to do with government taking over 1/6th of the economy on its way to taking over 100% of it – socialism/communism – or creating a “partnership” of government and business where business runs things by government decree (fascism). Whichever it is, it AIN’T capitalism or constitutional.
2. The insurance problems you mention were CAUSED by government. There are lots of insurance companies and usually, competition is the force which drives prices down. When the government stepped in and STOPPED competition, of course prices went up! Now, I’m not saying that insurance companies were (very stupidly) happy about “government interference” when it positively affected their “bottom line”, but the simple fact is, they weren’t paying attention or their executives were on Uncle Sam’s bribery payroll – like Bart Stupak and Ben Nelson. Obviously, they didn’t realize that this was “step one” in their own demise – which it is. Government drives private industry out of EVERY field for two reasons: in the beginning it can undercut their best price and, secondly, GOVERNMENT MAKES THE RULES which means that they can literally regulate any industry out of existence.
3. We have SEEN “socialized medicine” and we know what it means: an exodus of doctors from the system, a tremendous lowering of the quality of care, rationing (the much denied “death panels” were put in place IN THE STIMULUS BILL!), the end of medical advances (companies won’t pay for what doesn’t pay!) and a level of healthcare more akin to the Third World than our world. And remember, the folks in Government won’t have to worry about any of this. They have their own “Cadillac policy” paid for by the rest of us who will be denied care or given care on a level that makes folks flee Britain and Canada and come here.
4. A budget deficit “squared” when the cost of all this proves to be much, MUCH higher than the CBO predicts. They were inaccurate on the cost of Medicare by a factor or ten. There is no reason to believe that this is not the same – or worse. Remember, the CBO is legally forced to take the numbers given to it by Congress AT FACE VALUE no matter how ridiculous and mendacious they are. So when the bill says that a legion of leprechauns will contribute four billion dollars to help insure a budget decrease by 5% in 2016, the CBO must accept that no matter how ludicrous it is. To base one’s acceptance of this bankrupting garbage on the basis of the CBO’s figures is nothing less than fiscal and governmental madness.
No, there is no “debate” here unless one wishes to consider the lies and crimes of Washington as a legitimate “side”. But, frankly, that is what Americans have been doing for many, many years – and this is where it has brought us. True, many of us are “waking up”, but I do not know if it is in time to prevent the final transformation of the USA into the USSA.
If only the people of the United States would have listened to the Conservatives when they outed Obama we wouldn’t be going through this destruction of our freedoms.

Yamabushi, my Sho RinRu teacher taught violence was last resort and killing was the last resort in that arena. Breaking an arm or leg was much better than crushing a windpipe for example. Yes, I understand the moral fiber of self defense. I for one was lost in sin and my path was at a bypass that did not have any clarity. @Davyid5: I absolutely agree that our culture is degenerate not only here in the US but throughout what used to be called the Western World. We have abandoned God and we are paying the price for doing so. John Adams, Thomas Jefferson, George Washington and Benjamin Franklin (to name four of the Founding Fathers) each stated that our government would not do except for a “godly and moral people” – which we ain’t. It is no wonder that we have lost the strength to fight the jihaddhists, the homosexual agenda, the purveyors of abortion and euthanasia, the eugenicists and all the others who cut their teeth in Nazi Germany. We have the examples of the terrible consequences of abandoning Biblical morals – and still we do it.
However, it is pointless to argue “creeds”. We need to embrace the Judeo-Christian MORAL ethic first. It is an ethic that has been cultivated by all decent societies even BEFORE it was written in Scripture. It acknowledges ABSOLUTES rather than the humanist “situationalism” and “relativism” of today’s therapeutic society. But like the people of Sodom, far too many “Westerners” have sold their birthright for a mess of “feel good” pottage. No wonder we look with fear upon the Muslims. What they do and what they believe if one reads ALL their religious tomes, SHOULD make us fear. But they also have the courage of their convictions. They do not back down from a media frown or a few insults from talking heads on TV. I hate their actions, but I must admit that if half of those who call themselves “Christians” had that kind of courage and did not seek the approval of the worldly, this would be a very different nation with a very different government and culture.
Yes, we do need the God of the Bible, but we must also be careful not to put words in His mouth, to judge people in His name and to make the Faith of Christ hateful by being hateful in our espousal of that Faith. Remember how the Church grew in the beginning. Pagans looking at communities of Christians would say in astonishment, “SEE HOW THEY LOVE EACH OTHER!” Can we say that today even about Christians in their dealings with one another? I think not! You can preach whatever you want, but conversion comes by living a Christian life, not knowing verses in the Bible. Remember, nobody can quote Scripture better than the devil!

Jesus said that ‘he that denies me before man, I will deny before my Father and His Angels in Heaven.’ And it does say that we are not to judge others. I believe that you will find if searched that it means unrighteoously.
There are things that we must understand and that is the tenants of witchcraft: rebellion, control, and manipulation. These things are what has taken over our leaders in Washington, DC. 2Chron7:14, pray and seek God, that our land be healed. Roe, in response to your commnents, I have to say that in 1958 I was in Miami going to Horace Mann Junior High in the 9th; our social studies teacher had recently came back from Russia where he had gone to teach and to learn. He told us that the Russian children are at that time 4 years ahead of our children of the same age. A senior of America would be learning what they learned in the 8th grade and their senior’s would be learning what our college graduates learned. That is a terrible equation for higher learning. Oh, by the way, first grade successfully passed is higher learning.
When God was removed from the curriculum it allowed the rest of the world to catch up to us intellectually. The Holy Spirit when He is removed, understanding is removed and it is just who dedicate his or herself to learning will have the natural resources inside to move forward. I have picked my “side” long since, young man. I was in Washington on 9/12 with about 1.2 million folks representing the Tea Parties, conservative groups, pro-lifers and the like. I’ve been active for years; I always vote even when it becomes a matter of holding one’s nose to do so (opting out is only acceptable when it’s a choice between Stalin and Hitler!) and I keep myself informed, write letters to various news outlets and papers (that are printed), am active in a local political group and do what I can at almost 69. I responded here because, for the most part, interesting and useful information was being exchanged. That’s how one learns. When it gets down to name calling, I leave. It’s Matt. You can typically press ctl+F and bring up a find function in most browsers. Then go through and find each post by a certain poster. It’s how I find the ones I’m looking to respond to.
The simple fact is that no human being is born with any right or authority over another. We have all agreed, through our societal process over the years, that there are certain things that are inherently wrong – we call these Malum In Se, wrong in and of themselves. Things like rape, murder, theft, arson, burglary. They damage, deprive, hurt and kill other humans.
Since no person has authority over another, all our actions and dealings are to be voluntary. That means that we enter into contracts with other human beings to exchange labor or products for whatever it is we need. When a human uses fraud in these dealings, it directly damages the other person as well as the system. This is why larceny and fraud are considered malum in se.
That’s why there only need be TWO laws. Do no damage to another human or their property and Do not use fraud in your contracts. That’s it. We don’t need a legislature churning out 60,000 laws on guns alone and millions of words of Tax Codes.
Then, we come into Malum Prohibitum crimes. This is all the statutory b.s. that someone has taken it upon themselves to criminalize because it’s either for your own good or, far more often, because it’s advantageous to them in some way. Speed limits, drug laws, gun laws – none criminalize actions that are inherently evil but all will get you shot if you disobey them.
Then, they rob from you (again at the point of a gun) the currency which you traded your labor for in order to fund this statutory oppression and call it Taxes!
Government is never the answer. Thinking that The State must exist in order to take care of the weak shows a very sad picture of a person’s view of their fellow humans. Many of us suck, sure, but there are more than enough of us that show we can be decent, caring and giving. Requiring a man with a gun to enforce that (when the real reason has nothing to do with charity or equality but always with CONTROL) is a terrible idea.

Those presenting themselves as Christians should read the parable of the Last Judgment in Matthew. We will be judged on how we treat our fellow man, not on our theological viewpoints. “Do unto others….” “Love your enemies….” etc. We are told not to “judge” and by that the Lord means it is not our place to determine where our brother stands with God; first, of course, it’s none of our business – it’s between him and God.
Having said that, it would seem that there is a disconnect here somewhere. What the religious element has to do with a thread on a communist coup going on in Washington is beyond me other than to tacitly acknowledge the fallen nature of our world. We know, of course, that the world is full of evil; the prince of this world is not Christ. But we are supposed to respond to the world first with prayer, of course, but then with legitimate secular actions – which is how I have responded here. I do not “defend” past administrations; I condemn THIS administration, THIS Congress, THIS partisan media etc. What is happening today is confusing enough without getting into a theological debate on issues too large for mankind to tackle. We can only do our best and leave the rest up to God whom I assume is quite capable of acting when, where and how He wishes.

I cannot swear by anyone’s account, but I was there and I did see the planes. It wasn’t digitally produced (a day later, I could smell the smoke blown over 40 miles from downtown Manhattan to my home in western Suffolk County, Long Island. It did happen.
However, HOW it happened is less important than WHY it happened. In the past, the United States Government has used subterfuge to get us to become involved in wars. Fort Sumter was a “set up” to force South Carolina to “fire on the flag” and give an excuse for federal troops to invade the homes of fellow Americans. “Remember the Maine” was another ploy to get us into yet another war of Empire, the Spanish-American War. Few know that the commander of the Maine told Washington that the explosion was an accident stemming from the build up of coal dust. Pearl Harbor was a nicely engineered effort that got Roosevelt into the war in Europe. We did everything but bomb Japan to force them into making war on us. Like Sumter and Havana, it worked with small cost to the nation but a few obsolete battle wagons, some smaller ships and 2,000+ lives, all of which (according to our beloved leaders) was an acceptable loss given that the war took us out of the Depression and well on our way to world domination.
So I cannot comment upon the honesty of the “official accounts” of 9/11, but I do know that it did happen and those were real planes, real buildings, real explosions and real deaths.
But even if our government was not directly responsible as it was in 1861 and 1941, certainly the failure of the Clinton administration to treat the 1993 bombing of the Twin Towers as an act of war or take bin Laden from the Somalis when he was offered or respond effectively to the African embassy bombings or the attack on the Cole sent a message that we were vulnerable to attack. That alone should be considered criminal on the government’s part. God knows, Randy Weaver and David Koresh were cut no slack at all!

At one time most doctors had never been to medical school, about 100 years ago. Thomas Edison and Ben Franklin had very little formal education. Free thinking is what would benefit this country. Your idea that everyone should be educated and fed and what not is utopian. Once a guy with a high school education, could feed his family of four kids and a wife, now he is a greeter at Wal Mart, you want everyone to have a college degree, then what will that be worth? Exactly, nothing.

I am part of a family where we are unable to afford healthcare, and my husband is struggling in the downturn of the economy to provide adequately for our family. MOST people who have lost their jobs are in this boat. Gretchen, you probably cover a large percentage of Americans. Not everyone can afford healthcare, or at least really good healthcare. And, just today I was discussing the same fact that you mentioned about how the politicians are NEVER going to have to face these issues head-on as the rest of “the real world” here in America will have to. Real convenient isn’t it? I’m not far behind you in your opinion of the Obama dictatorship possibility. But I will hope and pray that “WE THE PEOPLE” will not allow the continuation of where this road we are on is going.
Much of the problem of the cost of medical insurance is the fault of government involvement in the system. Take away the law that forbids competition by insurance companies across state lines and costs will go down. Right now, in some smaller states, health insurance companies HAVE NO COMPETITION AT ALL! So, of course, they can do what they like as far as offering policies at whatever cost they wish. That’s an example of government involvement.
Then you have Medicare and Medicaid, both broke and both badly managed but both drove private carriers out of the field by virtue of the fact that IN THE BEGINNING they were cheaper. Of course, once they are a monopoly, all bets are off. At this point, many physicians are refusing to take patients from either government program because of the poor recompense and the mountains of paperwork. A cheap policy is worth bupkiss if no doctor will take you as a patient under it.
Finally, you have a government made up of trial lawyers (ALL the Democrats in Congress are or were lawyers) so there is no tort reform. Much of the cost to doctors and hospitals is in malpractice insurance, the premiums of which are enormous. Get “reform” there and you will see falling prices in the healthcare field.
Beware Government “solutions” to problems that have been created by Government. It’s what they do; that is, they create the problem and then offer a further increase in their power as the solution.
Remember, folks, the people who work in Government will not be under this plan anymore than they are under Social Security. They have a “Cadillac plan” that WE pay for and that they have for the rest of their lives even when they have left government.

Take no comfort that some particular crime isn’t included in any particular bill. When the whole thing is criminal and everything that came before and will come after it is criminal, finding that a particular crime has been left out of Bill 1 only to be included in Bill 2 (or 3 or 4 or 5 etc.) is nothing to cheer about.
I should have stated that page 58 and page 159 as this article stated , is not correct. The National ID Card that was formerly in the bill , was stricken . it would not pass with this ID Card in the Bill , so it was removed. Also , the Government will Not have anything to do with our personal bank accounts.

Look, one of the most important things people need to realize is, that in the end, the Legislation means nothing. Look through the bill and count the number of times that the phrase “And Other Purposes” is used. Guess what that means?
We live under a system of Administrative Law. Departments and Agencies are able to make law completely independently of the Legislature. The Secretary of a department has infinitely more power than the legislature as a whole.
Along with that, consider the levels of Government. When legislation is passed, it goes to the head of whatever agency is responsible for it. The Secretary (or other B.S. title) then enacts it down to his next level minions, who pass it down and down and down and down until it gets to that apathetic miscreant at the desk of whatever Government Agency in your hometown that you have to go visit. Along the way, it has passed through thousands of mid-level bureaucrats who have each put their own little agenda on it.
“And for other purposes”. Perhaps you missed all those in the legislation.

As for those who “work hard and still can’t make it”, I think you will find that those feeding at the public trough are, in the vast majority of cases, not in that situation. I remember the description given by one Emergency Room doctor who had to treat on the public dime a woman with diamond studs in her nose and ears, very expensive tattoos, costly clothing and smoking several packs of cigarettes as the night progressed. He was angry that his tax money was paying for this woman’s medical treatment when it was obvious by looking at her that she was anything but “poor”. Now maybe she earned her money by dealing drugs. I don’t care. What I do care is that this kind of culture only leads to more people dropping out to live on the public dole and fewer people carrying the burden of these goldbricks.
Nobody “deserves” to live off others. Nobody is entitled to what I earn. The really needy are always helped either by private charity of by public assistance. Of course, the addict who insists upon killing himself is another matter, but decent folks who have a disaster and need help will always GET help. What you’re talking about is more of those individual “horror stories” designed to make people who don’t want their income used to support people who don’t or won’t work feel guilty about it. Too bad! I’ve seen the folks with food stamps buying steaks and beer and cigarettes and going out into the parking lot and getting in their brand new SUVs.

In fact, Obama was elected even though he had no background, no experience, no “paper trail” (he voted “present 162 times in the Illinois Senate) on the basis of “feelings”, not intellect or even simple commonsense. Blacks voted for him because he was black even though he is 3/4 white; his mother was white and his father was 1/2 Arab. Still he “claimed” his Negro ancestry and that was good enough. Whites voted for him to show that they weren’t “evil racists”. Many older folks – especially women – voted for him because he seemed to be such a nice young man! Kids, because he was “cool” and the celebs in Hollywierd loved him (liberals all). The media had a meltdown to the point at which some claimed sensations in their legs. I always thought that had to do with an overactive bladder, but that was just my opinion. Democrats threw the Clintons under the bus and allowed Obama to steal Hillary’s primaries in the Mid-West without a peep. And on and on it went.
In Obama – like Bill Clinton – we see the victory of style over substance and the ultimate dividend of “the race card”. But now folks are getting angry – VERY angry. Of course, the race card is out in force since most (but not all) of those who are angry are white. I’m just waiting to see if the ordinary American has the intestinal fortitude to stand against the politically correct and persevere despite the name-calling and knowing that their names and group descriptions are going into “law enforcement” files as potential “domestic terrorists”. Who knows? If we have the spirit of the Founders, we might prevail. However, if everybody just wants to “get along”….
Yes! “Getting along” is quite the notion, indeed. :) But in the long run, at least in our country, as long as so many are compromising their principles, and not adhering to what the spirit of our Founders had in mind, not to mention turning their backs on God…we can only forsee such a darkness over this country. It is really sad to see it happen. “Melissa” mentioned that “God is love”, yes, but He is also a vengeful and jealous God. If a country consistently turns it’s back on Him, there will be the consequences to face. I, for one, do not intend to compromise. I’m not one to provoke, or look for a fight, and as the chips are falling, and things get rougher, I will be doing my best to stand against the “politically correct”. It may come with a hefty price tag down the line, but after what He has done for me, and our country, I will to be part of the percentage who stands for freedom, and what our Founders believed would make this country great!
To clarify what Father said about His being jealous. That is the same attitude that a human father usually has for his children. “Jealous” in this context means protective rather than the human emotion we are more familiar with. Father is ‘jealous’ when we stray from Him because we can stray out from His protection & blessing. If one strays far enough that one will be in a dangerous straight & possible subject to being attacked by the evil side of the spirit world.
It’s like the way a mom or dad would feel if their child wandered off & was playing on a free way.
One more thought: Is it possible that if the atheists succeed in kicking God out of the US via the twisted ‘separation of church & state’ thing will they then go after the Declaration of Independence where our Founders say we have inalienable rights that come from Nature’s God?
I ask this because the ‘health care’ bill has been said to be an inalienable right that comes from govt. We must remember that if govt is the source of rights they are not really rights, though for deceptive purposes they use the term ‘inalienable’. What the govt issues as ‘rights’ are really govt bestowed privileges that they can retract at their whim if they feel we are not towing the party line.

The term “jealous” when used with God simply means that He wants ALL of His children. He does not ‘pick and choose’, abandoning some as unworthy. He doesn’t want any of us following after false gods. That is the way in which He is jealous.
Vengeful? Well, not in the human meaning of that term. It does mean (or meant more in the Old Testament) that He dispensed “justice” rather than mercy. Christ came and spoke of mercy, but even He admitted that at the Last Judgment, JUSTICE would be meted out because all of the opportunities for men to take advantage of God’s mercy would have passed. Remember, God does not wish to condemn, but He will not force Himself upon us either. Those who are “damned” are that way by choice. They choose to reject God’s love and embrace something else. If He did not respect us, He could force us to love him but He DOES respect us! Because of that respect, He allows us to reject Him and the salvation He offers freely.

I believe I am familiar with what God means by His jealousy. It is a righteous jealousy. The same as a huband/wife union. You are His and He would not have you “running around” w/other gods. And, no, He is not willing to “drag” anyone kicking and screaming into heaven against their will. He does however, pick and choose. He already knows who is and will be His. He has already disregarded those He knows have rejected Him and His Son. And His venegence/justice will be shown long before the final judgement. Already has. If this country of ours keeps turning it’s back on Him, He will indeed show His vengence/justice on it, I assure you. Especially since we were founded under people who followed His word and example. He will let the country know He is not pleased.

Ghandi prevailed because he was up against the British. Yes, they were hardly sweet and adorable, but if he had tried those tactics against the Japanese or the Germans in WWII… well the result would have been far different. Civil disobedience works when one is dealing with a relatively decent, humane and civilized society. Against tyrants and monsters like Hitler, Stalin, Pol Pot etc., it is a one way ticket to the grave. One need only look to the White House to confirm how a promulgated ideology can influence a child. Obama appears intended to weaken or kill the spirit of individualism that made America strong. If Obama-ism is not stopped, it will spread like a disease to our youth, inspiring a form of Marxist-socialism that will destroy the quality of life for Americans. Let there be no doubt—Patriots are at War with those in our nation that intend a rein of RED terror on the principals that made America great. Patriots to neutralize the leftist (progressive) agenda, will need to participate in aggressive grass-roots organizations that are relentless in their pursuit to educate Americans how Socialism/Marxism now threaten the economy, their jobs, their quality of life and will curtail their Constitutional Freedoms.
The problem is that there is no recourse. The GOP swiftly sounding the drum-beat of repeal has already decided to go along to get along. Without a legitimate party representing the American People (what we have now is a “Janus” party in which Democrats and Republicans are merely two sides of the SAME coin), it is very hard to “vote out” our enemies and “vote in” our friends. We are constantly voting for our enemies with perhaps a few exceptions. So whatever consolation we can take regarding a GOP “landslide” in 2010 is no consolation at all since the same policies will be continued if perhaps with less arrogance and very SLIGHTLY less corruption.

How does one “fix” spilt milk? I really cannot answer these questions and I don’t know of anyone else who can either.

As sugar attracts wasps and shit attracts flies, a cushy, high paying “job” without much work and all the perks in the world is going to attract the type we now see in DC and our various state capitols. Take away the incentive from these people and they’ll find something else criminal to do.
