Kremlin position papers presented to Prime Minister Putin today on his upcoming meeting with NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen state that the European-US military alliance has authorized an ‘emergency request’ from President Obama to utilize American and Canadian NATO troops to put down what is expected to be a “rebellion” after the expected January, 2010 ‘declaration of bankruptcy’ by the State of California.
According to these reports, Obama’s fears of rebellion are due to the economic health of California (the United States largest State) after the 3rd largest US State, New York, declared a ‘fiscal emergency’ and refused to release to its cities and towns over $750 Million due them this past week with the Governor of New York, David Paterson, declaring “I can’t say this enough: The state has run out of money.”
New York’s fiscal crisis, however, pales in comparison to California’s, where new economic data points to its expected 5-year budget deficit reaching the staggering amount of over $100 Billion which Russian economists warn will result in budget cuts so steep as to create ‘social chaos’ among this States 36 million citizens.
Reports from the United States are, indeed, confirming the mass movement of military supplies and thousands of Canadian Special Forces Troops to California from the Canadian Forces Base of Petawawa to join their American military counterparts, with ‘secondary’ reports stating that at least 1,000 tanks are massing their too.
Russian Military Analysts are further warning in this report that Obama has decided to implement the feared RAND Corporation (one of the most powerful research arms of the US Military-Industrial-Homeland Security Complex) police state ‘blueprint’ tilted “Stability Police Force for the United States: Justification and Creating U.S. Capabilities” that has been modeled on the Nazi German secret police forces organization Geheime Staatspolizei (Gestapo) meant to ‘control and demoralize’ any opposition to the state.
Even worse for these American people is the legalization process currently embedded in their new health care legislation which will see everyone of them becoming virtual slaves of their government, and as warned about by the Fox News Service in their report titled “Be Afraid, Be Very Afraid of Obama’s Latest Big Brother Plan” and which says:
“Under the Democrats’ national health care scheme not only would OPM be charged with overseeing and administering federal employees health care but they will have the added charge of administering civilian federal health care as well. What does that mean? Basically, that Americans will be treated as “civil servants.” Are you starting to see the danger?
The more government seeks to control our lives the more Orwellian it gets. This “big brother” mentality that “government knows best” and that it is their mission to provide cradle to grave “care” of its citizens will doom America as we know it. Under such a system the individual becomes meaningless and the state becomes the entity upon which we are all forced to rely.”
Unfortunately, with or without these Americans succumbing to the loss of their Nation through the establishment of a police state, their fate appears to have already been sealed as new reports are showing that by their continued saving they are failing to provide China with the money needed through the buying of goods to purchase US bonds to keep them afloat, and which has led to the incredible circumstance of the United States, through its Federal Reserve and other financial entities, becoming the largest buyers of their own debt.
Not being seen in all of these dire events by the American people is that their present collapse as an independent Nation was engineered by their own President Obama, who working in concert with the previous President, George Bush, sold them out to Wall Street by packing his administration with banking insiders have, literally, pillaged the entire economic future of the United States for the benefit of their elite classes and, incredibly, supported these once collapsing banks with over $352 Billion in drug money.
And so grave has it become for ordinary Americans that new reports are now showing that in what was once the most powerful Nation on Earth, there now exists an ‘epidemic’ of child hunger and one their fastest growing cities is a tent-town of newly homeless named “Obamaville” in a stark reminder of the thousands of shanty towns named Hoovervilles built during the Great Depression.
For those American people believing their propaganda media reports that a recovery is underway they couldn’t be more mistaken, as newly released data shows that of the millions of jobs lost these past 2 years almost all of them are permanent. And, as always, these people are being kept from knowing the full and brutal truth of their economic collapse with reports also showing that the latest unemployment figures released by the US government were faked.
But to the greatest fears of these Americans should be the newly released information showing that US scientists have perfected, for the first time in history, a new drugless technique to wipe from these people’s minds their very own memories, and as we can read:
Russian Military Psychologists have long warned that the West’s longest term plan to control their soon to be rebellious populations lie in memory altering techniques such as are being perfected in the United States and due to be deployed through their mass media in radio programmes, television, and movie broadcasts outlets as these Nations past reliance on the drugging of their citizens through mass fluoridation is becoming more and more ineffectual.
Important to note too is that the economic collapse of the United States is just one of the catastrophic dangers they are facing, as this past week the giant plant genetics company Bayer admitted in a US Federal Court that it has been “unable to control the spread of its genetically-engineered organisms despite ‘the best practices’ to stop widespread contamination” and which may very well see the destruction of the American’s ability to feed themselves as these ‘monster plants’ reap their destruction on Nature.
To all of these events, it is not in our knowing if the American people will awaken from their self induced slumber to arise, as they have many times throughout their history, to reclaim for themselves what is now rapidly being stolen from them. But, and if their present actions are a predictor to what they may do in the future, one can only fear for them as they are marched in lockstep towards an abyss they only fail to see because they won’t open their eyes.

If he continues, our new debt will be so astronomical we will disappear into it and China will OWN us, lock stock and barrel. So Americans, what are WE going to do about it? But if this Muslim president ends up getting an Islamic militia of his own like the Taliban they will be well armed and already placed in every city in the United States. I feel the day he took office the COUP had begun. It will take US Military and civilian, state and federal police to eliminate the shadow governments army. I feel as long as they don’t have connection to Russia or any other outside government we would be able to establish superiority. BUT if Mexico allows Russia or China in through their country we will be in for a tough fight without air support. If there is an army inside America already, armed and deadly and other countries are prepared to invade ala UN, then we are in for a tough go. Many will parish. We need to think about legal action taken against the US Government NOW due to the IGNORING OF THE CONSTITUTION. Just got this – it is an interesting read (alright, full disclosure – I firmly believe that State reasserting their sovereignty might be our best last option in averting total chaos in this country) — it is an Op-ED from Chuck Baldwin – Baldwin is a radio broadcaster, syndicated columnist, and pastor (which means little to me one way or another)dedicated to preserving the historic principles upon which America was founded.
He writes – in part –
“According to Rasmussen Reports, “Seventy-one percent (71%) of voters nationwide say they’re at least somewhat angry about the current policies of the federal government. That figure includes 46% who are Very Angry.” He goes on to say;
“Anger and opposition to Washington’s policies and edicts–no matter now egregious–hardly ever translate into anything beyond words of frustration. And Washington politicians don’t pay much attention to rhetoric–not even their own.
You see, the wizards in Washington and on Wall Street have us figured out. Along with their compatriots in the propaganda press corps, they know that no matter how loudly we scream, how much we protest, or how angry we become, the system is rigged to protect them. The best we the people can seem to come up with is “throwing the bums out” every two or four years. I agree this is probably the only thing that will change. If a state actually began to become independent though, than you can be sure the US military would show up.
Otherwise, I can’t see any scenario in which people would rebel. If there was no uprising during the Great Depression it sure isn’t likely to happen now.

This is my last comment about what went on yesterday since I think I’ve said all I needed to say in regards to my personal beliefs and everything.
In this information age where the global community can interact far more then ever before in many ways, of course there will be ideological wars left and right on the net over various things. It’s a very common tactic in these heated discussions that one or both sides tries to discredit the other. This is accomplished by name-calling and other methods.
I like to call them the 3 Ds. To distract, defame, and discredit. Some people who don’t like what another has to say resorts to these 3 Ds. They distract from the real topic that has them bent out of shape, they defame by posting bias non-related posts or accounts of what a target said, and they use name calling and other ways in an attempt to discredit anything the target says in hopes to prevent others from discussing the point of focus and closing off other to what the target has to say.
It’s been done for centuries. For the most part a “racist, neo-nazi” today is the modern equivalent to calling someone a “witch, heretic” of century’s past. Luckily today people called nazis and such aren’t exactly burned at the stake, they just lose their jobs, are sued, forced to move around, sometimes physically attacked and socially outcasted. I have seen most of this with my own eyes and my husband and I nearly lost our jobs because a co-worker read a biased article and printed it out and showed our boss. In time people in the future will look back and call the witch (or “nazi”) hunters of today the ignorant bigoted people of tomorrow.

The troop buildup is on the west because there is desert in the west and there is desert in Afghanistan! There is no desert in Kentucky.
The other things you enumerate are indeed facts, but they have nothing to do with imminent civil war in the US.
I agree that the US may collapse and there’s a wide range of reasons to believe that. Unfortunately, the ones cited in this article are some of the least convincing ones available.
How about Northcom, how about independent stats putting unemployment at 22% and growing, home foreclosures growing, hawkish rhetoric about Iran and the report today that Iran is seizing Iraqi oil fields (we clearly can’t afford any more wars).
Do I believe, as Igor Panarin (the Russian professor) does, that Mexico will conquer Texas within the decade? No, this is ludicrous. If anything, the Mexican government will collapse before the US government does. Do you think Canada is going to annex the northern states? That’s what this professor thinks.

Dale I’m sure you mean the world to your girls. Daddy’s are our world, unfortunately some aren’t as great as others, they are lucky.
I’m not sure how my daughter or any other kids we have will end up. I think it would be foolish of me to assume that every child we raise will turn out exactly how we want them to be (I know I didn’t) , though I don’t wish it to happen I know it’s possible and the best I can do as a parent is let them live and learn and explain our ways of life clearly so they understand why we believe in the values we do and not simply to just take our words for it.
As a parent I think all you can do is your best and if they turn out successful in life that’s great and something to be proud of, if they don’t you tried but you can’t completely blame (or take complete credit) yourself for the results of decisions others make. I don’t really blame anyone for how I turned out. I made this choice and I will live with it and I am happy with it. I have a husband that loves me, a beautiful happy and healthy child, a nice home and I live my life as I want to, without holding nothing back.
As for religion, I don’t think it’s really for everyone but if it doesn’t go against natural law then it can be healthy. I enjoy it mostly for it’s cultural benefits.
I believe nothing is more sacred then the human mind. When you do not close yourself off to learn nothing can ever break you or prohibit you from advancement. I think people need to be allowed to express freedom of thought. The dark ages was a result of powerful ignorance and I really don’t want to see it happen again.

One thing I remembered from this study was a remark concerning the military types as being least likely to readily go to an all out nuclear war … because, the report maintained, THEY knew the consequence of DEATH and value of life.

With all due respect to Chris and Jessica, there are several reasons why this article is misleading, which I will get to in a minute.
First, I want to respectfully disagree with Dale that it is relevant whether or not they are Nazis–so long as they are telling the truth. So why are you pretending that this is a major European newspaper when you live in Florida?
Now, to the many problems with the article. The premise is that Obama is preparing for widespread rebellion or civil war. To support it, you point to a list of articles, many of which don’t really have anything to do with the subject.
In the first paragraph alone, you claim that this premise was presented to Vladimir Putin in a government report. You have no link to back this up. Chris, after the article in the comments you’ve posted a link now to a report on Russian TV about a Russian professor claiming the US is going to collapse. He’s been saying this for ten years, and he’s not part of the government (although he was over ten years ago), and I see no evidence that he was presenting before Vladimir Putin.
Then you say “according to these reports” which you have not linked, Obama fears a “rebellion” in Jan 2010. How do you have access to the contents of documents presented to the Russian president?
So to be clear, the whole premise of the article is a bunch of completely unsubstantiated claims.
Then you point out that the American military is doing exercises on US soil with Canadian troops. This has been going on for a long time and I’m not sure how this relates to a possible civil war. They’re doing exercises in the desert because they are headed to Afghanistan.
There are many examples of American military doing exercises in actual urban areas, pretending to suppress American dissidents. This would support your general idea–not a bunch of people in the desert, when there’s a war going on in the desert that they are all likely being shipped to.
Your “secondary” report is a web forum that begins with some guy saying “It is being reported that at least 1 thousand tanks (exact number unknown) have appeared lining BOTH Sides of 10 miles of I15 East of Barstow CA approximately 2 hours ago (8PM MT)
If anyone in the area reads this, could you please take a drive and let us know whatever info you can find out on the following.”
He doesn’t say who is reporting this, and then there is an entire page of people asking if anyone saw it and no one claims to have seen anything.
Then you link a RAND coropration .pdf which it appears you have not read, as the entire thing discusses a military police force for use in “foreign policy”. It is very clear about its use in foreign policy, stating it repeatedly. Sure, it is possible that they are lying, or that it will eventually be used on home soil. That said, I doubt the authors of a RAND paper would need to lie.
When they authorized Northcomm, the army unit for deployment on home soil (which directly contradicts the Constitution), they publicly announced it in the Army’s own newspaper. There has been almost no public complaint or even coverage of it, so if the RAND corporation were suggesting a special military police for use on home soil they would probably explicitly say that. They know that very few people are paying attention anyway.
Next, you seem to imply that George Bush and Barack Obama infused the banking sector with drug money. While the government is responsible for this ridiculous war on drugs, the article you link points out that the banks had enough money to stay aflot because drug dealers are laundering their money through Wall Street firms–not because the Presidents grabbed a pile of drug money and through it into the banks last minute.
Your inclusion of the local news report about the Obamaville doesn’t really help, as it appears to be made of about fifteen tents. There are serious economic hardships going on. So serious that they make this one Obamaville incident completely irrelevant in comparison.
Why don’t you point to the 22% unemployment or the fact that home foreclosures continue to rise? This Obamaville report is about some idiot sign-shop owner with an axe to grind more than it is about the state of the country.

I do not “run” this website as you has been led to believe. I run a business and part of what I offer to people is free speech web hosting services. The person that runs this website and all of it’s contents is a European but unfortunately because not every country in the world gets the wonderful constitutionally protect right of free speech and expression that I as an American get to enjoy I am glad to offer a voice to those who have been silenced. I read this site – also the Guardian – Pravda – Washington Times – Drudge – BigGovernment.com – The Daily Mail – Financial Times – Wall Street Journal EVERYDAY … News sources with slants from all over the spectrum … I also have people I consider as good friends that also span the spectrum – from Billy Ayers (went to school with him – way back when) – Chris Hitchens (atheist and one of the most brilliant people in the world – to a man in Northwest Minnesota who runs a school for mercenaries – to politicians in Washington (both parties) who sadly are still there.

What exactly is “nazi” about this site? Why do you think the author is wrong in posting third party articles from various sources that anyone can look up in the net? As I have stated before I do not run this site, I provide the means to host it because I believe in free speech and I reject a one-people doctrine that I believe destroys what makes us all different and special in this world.
Multiculturalism mean many cultures, I WANT many cultures, I do not want ONE culture, ONE people. That makes me a true multiculturalist and in order for the world to become a mono culture, no differences at all, we all look the same, act the same, think the same, everyone will have to give up who they are. My daughter is one year old so the topic of “dating” is a little premature to bring up right now and when it does come time for that talk it will be about health, responsibility, self-esteem, and of course respecting what makes different peoples unique and special. That is my choice as a parent.
As far as “religious orders” go I think religion can be healthy for people and we are practicing Heathens that being in Norse based Paganism. Though if she choose to be agnostic or Christian growing up or anything else I want to make sure she can think for herself and that she stands up for what she believes in. One being that news items at this new on-line newspaper might carry a certain bias or slant (much like what journalism has become worldwide) – so knowing the bias is important as it should cause YOU the reader to dig deeper to determine if you also reach a similar conclusion. In the case of the above story – I took that time, and perhaps because I was a journalist for over 20 years – back in the day when REAL journalism was still practiced – when we didn’t need to constantly remind our listeners and readers that we were “fair and balanced” because they knew our reporting WAS. To be truthful, fair and balanced back when I practiced my craft was just a polite way of saying we didn’t like ANYONE, equally.
But actually, while the components of the story are – in and of themselves valid – BUT when one examines each – they do not comprise the trust of the article’s main theme. (I have head back for the principle author of the Rand report – and as I think I mentioned elsewhere – the trip by the Canadian forces with their equipment to Ft. Irwin is NORMAL procedure for units going to the National Training Center where they will face “OPFOR” for intensive practical training and analysis before their scheduled deployment to Afghanistan – would anyone want their loved ones to receive anything BUT the best possible training?)
As to the “well, I read it or saw it” at some other news site … Well, Jess and all – it does nothing more than indicate that The European Union Times On Line is being noticed and read. It also proves something that the great New York Times columnist Jimmy Breslin once told me – “journalists today are nothing more that PR agents who sit in their little cubical s on their lard asses and wait for a story to come to them, which they then regurgitate into print or story for air in their own medium.” In other word – Journalists today are generally not talented and extremely lazy – and some are quite well paid for this lack of talent.

THe elected U.S. Government is not listening to the people right now, but instead, implementing programs that are to put government in power. We are past the days when they listend to the people, thinking us on ignorant. They want no more elections, as that would make them lose power. Put this country in a civil defense mode and elections will stop, leaving the current administration in power. That is their goal. People are foolish to think there is only Obama, Pelosi, and a few others behind this. This takes money and long range plans, plans that have slowly been put in place and are there now. It is only the people who can stop it, and the source of all this knows, hence the push to make the people rebell, to create a martial law situation. Apathy, apathy of american citizens who keep their head in the sand will be the undoing. Only then will they see.

Was there (as a journalist) about 20 years ago with a Mech. Battalion from the Minnesota Nat. Guard – They trained there for two weeks as a unit – so (I still think I have the photos) ALL their equipment was shipped by rail to the NTC. (sort of like the video in the link above) When individual(s) attend – which is rare now they are placed into a unit training there. When entire units go to train – which is the practice – THEY AND THEIR EQUIPMENT comes in tact. It truly is a most amazing place. As others are saying, the links show a bunch of nonsense. The Canadian troops heading to the US are going to a desert area to perform exercises because it is simlar to Afghanistan there. Clearly there is no desert in Canada. The “secondary sources” link is a forum with a bunch of people talking about a crazy amount of tanks lining up along a highway, and a page full of people asking if anyone can verify it. Not a single person verifies it; indeed, using the publicly available traffic cameras, many comment that they don’t see anything.
The RAND report about stability troops says repeatedly they are for “foreign policy” deployments.
Look, there’s plenty of bad happening in the US, possibly even plans to suppress resistance–but none of these given links have anything to do with it.
The final link is about genetically modified corn ffs. Where is any link about the so-called reports from Russia? I’d like to read this.

Yes, the domain is registered in Florida according to Whois at Network Solutions. And, no, where it’s registered doesn’t matter, really, although it does seem a bit odd.
Factually, we know that Obama and his shadow government plan to use the “Manufactured Crisis” strategy to facilitate a full-blown government takeover. Their little H1N1 scheme didn’t work so now they’re on the prowl for some other issue to exploit.
It sounds to me like the next issue they plan to exploit for their benefit is California’s imminent bankruptcy. These people plan to use the crisis strategy to wear us down until we become so desperate that we’ll welcome the government takeover with open arms (yeah, right!).
But it doesn’t make sense that a state’s bankruptcy could wear everyone down – both in and out of the state – to such an extent that they would willingly relinquish their freedoms with little or no struggle. That’s really pushing it because I think we’ve made it pretty clear that we as a people are vehemently against that notion! Whether you go along with this plan or not, there’s no way that a nation of people can just change its rules, beliefs and behaviors in a short period of time – if ever.
The links cited in this article as sources are established links. We don’t know Whether or not the facts stated by those sources are true. It doesn’t matter, really, because the billionaires backing Obama are intent on making the takeover a reality, and they plan to use the Cloward-Piven “Manufactured Crisis” strategy to do it. If not this particular crisis – then another crisis will “suddenly” turn up. They have enough money to manufacture whatever facts they need to fit their crisis of the moment. It’s up to us to recognize this as propaganda.
While we were busy trusting our elected representatives to act on our behalves, these people infiltrated and are now well established in our government, our media, our schools, our corporations, our banking system, and possibly even our healthcare system, and etc. They have been incrementally and patiently establishing themselves and encroaching on our freedoms since at least the Carter administration – if not earlier.
The only way to return our country to its earlier days is to fight back in the same manner & by using the same tools; that would first involve educating ourselves, and then patiently and strategically reasserting our presence, policies and dialog. This evil group relies heavily on deceipt and various types of trickery – so we must also learn to do the same.
They want to incite violence (it at least gives them some excuse to clamp down on us) – so we must be above this type of reaction to avoid playing into their hands.
Right now, understand that they are using psychological warfare and propaganda to stoke our fears in order to make us more submissive.

I don’t know why people are questioning this article’s sources. I personally checked every single link & found every one of them in working order and from reliable, trustworthy sources. It’s hard to accept all of this unless you already know about it. The mainstream media sure didn’t help with that – but vigilence on the internet sure did.
This, here, is a sampling of our future. I live in California and knew things were desperate – but I don’t mingle about too often so didn’t know they were this desperate. I have sensed that something has been wrong for a long time now, though.
No need to bet on whether Obama will hide his precious self from the storm. I love it: he makes this happen, rewards his elitist billionaire banker pals, and then he hides. He will, of course, since he’s the most important person to himself. I don’t know if there’s anyplace on earth where he could conceal himself forever. Because, unknown to him, it will by necessity be a “forever” kind of thing.

Yes, the links are to credible sources in some cases, in other cases its a page on a forum with a bunch of random anonymous people discussing tanks that no one has seen or verified. In the cases where the links are credible sources, they don’t always say what the article claims they are saying, and other times have nothing to do with the subject at all.

Who fact checked this article? California is NOT the largest state and New York is NOT the third. Alaska and Texas are the two largest states, California is the third. New York is the 27th. Get your facts straight before you publish and maybe someone will take you seriously.
