Israelis are Becoming More and More Powerful in Romania

Israeli Ambassador Oren David told BBW in an exclusive interview in his top floor office that he was confident of rapid business development here especially in the areas of food, fashion, construction and high-tech.
“Romania is a prime business destination in Europe and certainly in Eastern Europe and I am proud to say that Israeli investments are becoming very diversified,” he told BBW in a two-hour interview. “In fact, some Israeli businesses are so well-developed and long-term here that many people think they are Romanian, including names such as Elite, Kenvelo and Prigat.”
