A disturbing video has emerged depicting a group of Turkish-speaking students subjecting a 12-year-old victim to torture, including physical assaults and verbal abuse.
Filmed in the city of Uetersen in the German state of Schleswig-Holstein, the footage captures the victim, identified as Patrick, enduring repeated beatings, forced kneeling, and insults from his attackers. Despite the severity of the incident, authorities have decided to halt their investigation, citing the young age of the perpetrators, who are also 12 years old, as a barrier to pressing charges.
The distressing scenes show the perpetrators instilling fear in Patrick, pulling his hair, punching him, and demanding his submission. Patrick’s face bears evidence of the brutality inflicted upon him, marked by redness and apparent blood from the assaults.
The perpetrators, in a display of aggression, can be heard shouting obscenities in Turkish before finally releasing their victim.
Reportedly, five boys and one girl were involved in the incident, with three boys observing while one filmed the ordeal. The video, recorded in February, has garnered attention following its publication by German newspaper Bild.
However, authorities justify their decision to close the investigation, emphasizing that the young age of the perpetrators renders them not criminally responsible under the law.
Responding to the incident, a spokesperson for the Pinneberg district affirmed that the school promptly involved the police and provided support to the victim. Yet, it remains uncertain whether the Turkish-speaking students will face any consequences for their actions, despite attending the same school.
Sanctions against the perpetrators, according to a district spokeswoman, can only be imposed once the incidents are fully investigated and resolutions are reached through class conferences. In cases of severe violence, transfer to another school may be considered as a disciplinary measure.
This incident underscores concerns about the safety and orderliness of schools, particularly amidst issues of mass immigration, heightened rates of teacher burnout, and declining academic performance. Moreover, it echoes a disturbing trend of similar videos circulating online, highlighting the urgent need for effective measures to address such acts of violence and ensure the safety of students.

Because the attackers are under the age of 17, they can’t be prosecuted under the law.
WHY DO IMMIGRANTS DO THIS:

– because they know that our children are not violent pic.twitter.com/10WArOUVeT— Klaus Arminius (@Klaus_Arminius) March 12, 2024
