I believe that Covid 19 is just a label which was attached to the flu and other respiratory illnesses in order to create a fake pandemic.

As some respected Doctors and immunologists have pointed out, the best defense against disease is to be fit and have a well functioning immune system. With Covid, those people who have had the virus and recovered are probably better protected than anyone else. A large number of those who died, had a suppressed immune system because of lack of vitamin D and/or minerals eg zinc, that are also required. Before wasting money, make sure all people, especially the elderly etc. have adequate diet, supplements, and exercise, so their immune system is working!
