The White House press secretary was forced to cut off US President Joe Biden, 80, in mid-sentence during a press conference where Biden began ranting about the “Third World” and talking incoherently about Chinese Premier Li Qiang.

Biden took a number of scheduled questions during the press conference in the Vietnamese capital, Hanoi.

He answered a final question about Biden’s meeting with Chinese leader Li Qiang at the G20 summit in India on Saturday.

– It was not at all confrontational, said Biden.

– We talked about making sure that the Third World… uh, uh, Southern Hemisphere has the opportunity to change…

As Biden continued to ramble on, press secretary Jean-Pierre announced that “this concludes the current press conference.” After attempting to answer another question, Biden turned and walked off the stage.
