Three days after the death of Adama Condé, the investigators have become certain that this case has its source in a Besançon nightclub. During the night, young people from the Albanian community reportedly clashed with Ivorians. The unfortunate result is known: the victim fell the next day between 2 and 6 p.m. under the blows of his assailants.
The owners of a house discovered a fatally injured man on their terrace. The investigation considers the scenario of a violent fight, which occurred in response to a previous altercation in a discotheque.
What happened to lead to such a dramatic end? Even if the sketch of a scenario seemed to take shape, the case was still confused in the minds of the investigators. One certainty: a man died, alone, collapsed on the terrace of a house.
An hour later, around 5:30 p.m., the police received a new call. It is about a resident who has just discovered a stranger on her terrace, who lies in her blood. Rescuers try to revive him but it is already too late. The young victim was declared dead on the spot, shortly after 6 p.m.
The first forensic examinations made it possible to determine that the young man received around twenty stab wounds according to the same source. The investigators of the judicial police carried out lengthy observations on the scene. The victim probably fled her attacker by taking refuge on this terrace, where she collapsed.
