Romanian Television is considering suing the European Radio and Television Union after the situation in the Eurovision final.
The president and general manager of TVR, Dan Turturică, declared in front of the deputies from the Culture Commission that the rules of the contest were changed by the EBU during the game, on the grounds that there were problems with the voting model. In this context, he specified that TVR is conducting an internal analysis and will take a decision to clarify the situation.
Dan Turturică: No, I am not giving up on the idea of suing them, we are still working very seriously on this analysis of the regulation to see where they really went wrong, where the regulation should have forced them to come to the Member States to signal an irregularity, but at the same time we have to do it very carefully and especially very cerebral, especially since the emotions of those moments have dissipated, so that we can really get a fix, but without ruining our relationship with EBU .
The communiqué does not specify which jurors were disqualified, but a Eurovision publication states that the jury is from Romania, along with the one from Azerbaijan, Georgia, Montenegro, Poland and San Marino.
The European Radio and Television Union has also announced that it is examining in the most serious way any suspected attempts to manipulate voting at the Eurovision Song Contest and has the right to remove such votes in accordance with the Official Voting Instructions, whether such votes could influence or not the end result.
Following this announcement, the representatives of TVR Romania requested explanations from the Eurovision organizers regarding the replacement of the notes, which was calculated in a non-transparent way.
In a press release, TVR Romania presented the composition of the Romanian jury for Eurovision and the marks awarded for each country. The jury included artists such as Sanda Ladoși and Luminița Anghel, and the jury awarded Moldova the most points – 12.
However, the points awarded to Moldova were canceled by the organizers of the contest and sent to Ukraine. This is what the Romanian representatives said. Now they intend to sue the European Radio and Television Union and do not even rule out the possibility that in the future they could give up participating in the song contest.
A scandal broke out in Moldova as well. Those who watched the contest noticed that the jury from the Republic of Moldova did not award any points to the competitor from Romania, Andrei Ionuț Ursu. And the Moldovan spectators gave him 10 points. The points however were given to Ukraine. The vote of the Moldovan jury provoked a negative reaction from the public. As a result, Teleradio-Moldova had to initiate an internal investigation to find out how the jury distributed the points.
There was also dissatisfaction with the decisions of the national jury in Ukraine lately.
Although this scandal has certainly disappointed the loyal audience of the contest, this is not the only reason to turn your back on the once beloved contest. The main dissatisfaction of the public is caused by the fact that in recent years Eurovision has become more of a platform to promote extraordinary characters and even LGBT people.
Many artists and even entire countries are now considering withdrawing from this false song contest show. Participating in this fake contest is useless as for quite some time now Eurovision is only a leftist platform meant to promote political messages.
Many are declaring that the official winner is actually Moldova which had by far the best song with Zdob si Zdub – Trenuletul and not only that but their song became a major dance hit on TikTok similar to Psy’s Gangnam Style, but due to miserable corruption at Eurovision they didn’t even came second.
Well now we know, now the world knows. Eurovision is total garbage. Its made by the West, for the West. Always, 99% Western European countries ALWAYS win and when there’s someone in the East winning, there’s some sort of political message to it, either pro-gay, anti-war, whatever. The fact that they didn’t even came on second place with such a major hit, shows what a big pile of thrash Eurovision is.

Yes an Eastern European country won, Ukraine, but they only won because of the war, because of pity, otherwise the decadent gay West always wins. Eastern countries are only taken as fillers so that the so-called contest is longer and more fun.
This year Russia was banned from competing as if its the fault of some random X singer from Russia that Putin is making his war (this again is very racist from Eurovision) while Hungary and Montenegro withdrew from Eurovision. Hopefully more countries will follow suit.
Journalists at Eurovision backstage going crazy upon hearing the song, clearly Moldova was the winner but apparently whatever Moldova does, it will never win unless it somehow magically transfers its territory in the West, somewhere near Germany or it has some sort of leftist political message of globalist interest. Eurovision is a totally corrupt, morally disgusting entity.
