A disturbing incident occurred on April 8 in the Nevsky district of St. Petersburg. There, the migrant attacked the unfortunate baby. The police immediately went in search.
On April 8, the mother of the child wrote a statement to the local branch of the Investigative Committee. According to her, on April 6, an Asian man entered the elevator with her 11-year-old daughter and committed violent acts. The little girl was returning from school. The child is now depressed.
On the fact of rape, a criminal case was initiated under Part 4 of Article 132 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
Maniac was arrested the next day. It turned out to be a 27-year-old unemployed man who came from Kyrgyzstan. He came to Russia in 2019 to work. The rapist explained his act to the police like this: “I failed to cope with my instincts.”
90% of Kyrgyzstan is Islamic and only 8% Christian, so it is safe to assume that the man is a Muslim.
Now he faces up to 20 years in prison.
