An Evangelical pastor named Steven Anderson has attacked Orthodoxy as “fake” in some of his videos. In his videos he said that why not attack Orthodoxy?
Everyone is attacking everyone so why should the Orthodox church get a pass? These are the exact words this man said. He went on to even call the church “fake”.
This needs to be addressed as too many for so long have been misled by all these false prophets.
Jesus said that many false prophets will come in his name. What exactly does this mean? Well before we answer this, let’s explain what is the Orthodox church but first here’s the video which triggered us into writing this article:
This yapping idiot forgets or maybe doesn’t know, or worse purposefully LIES that the Orthodox church is evil. However its the Greek Orthodox who wrote the Bible which he holds in those filthy hands of his so dearly. The Bible says this, the Bible says that, the Bible, the Bible, the Bible… after his god Martin Luther removed many many chapters from it…. unbelievable…. The Apostles of Jesus moved to Rome and Greece and wrote the Bible there. About 1500 years later a bunch of imbeciles like Martin Luther King for example, took that ORIGINAL Bible from the apostles and started to basically RIP pages away from it “I don’t don’t need this, I don’t need that” and they have the audacity today to call the Orthodox heretics.
After Jesus’s resurrection, he instructed the apostles with exact specific sets of instructions to build a physical church for Him, which he named his bride. The apostles split and went into the world to create “THE CHURCH” for Jesus Christ as they were instructed.
So they did, some went to Antioch, others stayed in Jerusalem, others went to Alexandria, Rome, Constantinople and so on and they created “THE CHURCH”. Each of these small clusters of Christians had a leader known as “Patriarch”.
The patriarchs held ecumenical councils every now and then to discuss about keeping the church ONE and keeping it TRUE TO JESUS as instructed.
All went nice and perfect until the Great Schism in year 1054 when the patriarch of Rome wanted to SPLIT from the rest of patriarchies as he sough power, supreme power over all other churches from Europe. His pretext? Apostle Peter who was considered to be Jesus’s closest, died in Rome so the pope is some sort of Peter’s descendant, not genetic obviously but because of location because Peter founded the Rome patriarchy, while conveniently leaving out the part that prior to creating the Rome patriarchy, Peter also created the Antioch patriarchy.
This Roman split became known as “the Catholic Church”. What he did was wrong as he sought power for himself and he saw the church as a tool for power, richness and domination rather than Jesus’s church for salvation. This was wrong, this was very wrong and sinful but we are not here to judge other people’s sins.
The other patriarchies remained united and unchanged and they became known as “the Orthodox church”.
The relationship between the newly formed Catholic Church and the orignal Orthodox church deteriorated even further after the Catholics invaded the Byzantine empire in a bid to forcefully convert everyone to Catholicism, during these wars, they plundered and pillaged everything in their path. In the course of the Fourth Crusade of 1202–1204 Latin crusaders and Venetian merchants sacked Constantinople itself (1204), looting the Church of Holy Wisdom and various other Orthodox holy sites and converting them to Latin Catholic worship.
Many wars, looting and crusades have been carried by the Catholics against the ORIGINAL church. This made the reconciliation between the two even more difficult. So as you can see the Catholics who split, did it for power and only years later they applied that power through war and thievery.
Now the pope swam in full power and richness for years, it was all nice and cool for him until one day Martin Luther did to him exactly what he did to the Orthodox church. He nailed his Ninety-five Theses to the door of All Saints’ Church in Wittenberg on 31 October 1517, creating thus the second rift, they became known as the Protestants. Now from here all hell broke loose… many more followed suit, rifts upon rifts until we now have at least 21,000 Christian denominations: Anglicans, Baptists, Mormons, Jehovah’s Witnesses, Amish, Evangelicals, Pentecostals, etc.

People like Anderson are branches of branches of branches. They couldn’t be faker and further from the truth. ONE Church remained exactly as it was thousands of years ago, the Orthodox church remained unchanged as the apostles THEMSELVES BUILT IT. Why man felt the need to change God’s work? Because man is weak, man is sinful, each and every single one of those sect founders has a “catch”… there’s always a catch. For example in the case of the Mormon church, Joseph Smith simply had lust for women and he wanted polygamy, he wanted to have sex with as many women as possible and he needed an excuse for that so he created that fake church of his where he is revered more than Jesus. When Mormon missionaries go into the world to convert others they usually approach you with “The book of Mormon” not with the Bible… so it seems that Joseph Smith guy is more important to them than Jesus Christ.
Evangelicals care not about Virgin Mary, Jehovah’s Witnesses do not believe in the Holy Cross, Anglicans now openly marry LGBT and even have female priests. Catholics removed the iconography from the original Orthodox church, the forbade their priests to marry despite in the original church being allowed, they changed the way they make the Holy Cross sign with their hand (in Catholicism they make the cross sign with their palm from UP to DOWN to LEFT TO RIGHT and MIDDLE while in Orthodoxy you make it from UP to DOWN to RIGHT to LEFT with 3 fingers united, representing the Holy Trinity).
Catholics also destroyed the fast almost completely and so on. Fasting diet in Orthodoxy is what is today known as Veganism, you aren’t allowed to eat anything of animal provenience except for honey and fish only on specific days. In the Catholic fast you can eat anything except for meat only on some Wednesdays and Fridays, while in Orthodoxy you can’t even drink milk or eat ice cream that contains milk or eat a cookie that contains eggs, you basically become a 100% VEGAN for the entire fast. You might even say that Vegan diet is in fact just inspired from the Orthodox fasting, however God does not intend for you to be in permanent fasting (or to be a Vegan) but just on specific dates.
Evangelicals do not even know what fasting is… they think fasting is something “private” and it resumes only to abstain from eating a meal or perhaps don’t eat anything for up to 24 hours and that’s it… all while Orthodox fasting lasts up to 2 months. There is some truth in that Evangelical skipping of a meal or a day of eating but they know nothing about it, they are completely lost. In the Orthodox fast, on Easter, there is a day known as “the Good Friday“. During that day, the “Black Fast” is recommended which basically means you eat nothing and drink nothing for the entire day.
Furthermore the when the Catholic church split from the Orthodox in 1054, they removed 3 chapters from the Bible. In the Orthodox Bible there are 49 chapters, in the Catholic Bible there are 46. They removed 2 Esdras, 3 Maccabees and Letter of Jeremiah. Now the Protestants went so far to remove 7 more chapters from the Bible, having a total of only 39 chapters in the Old Testament. The New Testament though is almost exactly the same everywhere with some translation mistakes here and there from the Original Greek Bible as it was originally written in Greek by the Apostles of Jesus. So now after briefly explaining the history of Christianity, let us answer the first question. What did Jesus mean when he warned about false prophets coming in his name. All these church denominations, this is what he meant. Pope Leo IX is the false prophet who said to his followers, follow not the original apostolic church, follow me and my rift instead… Martin Luther is the false prophet who said follow me instead, I represent Jesus Christ better and so on. All of these denominations, they are all the false prophets but the original church remains UNCHANGED. NOTHING has changed, they did not change anything, it is today exactly as it was 1000 years ago 1500 years ago, 1800 years ago and that is the Orthodox Church.

Who owns the most important holy sites in the world?

The church where Jesus Christ was born, the exact location as shown by God to Constantine and Helen of Constantinople. This is known as the Church of the Nativity. This is not a church built in memory of the birth or dedicated to the birth of Jesus. This church was built EXACTLY in the spot where Jesus Christ was born and guess who owns it, the Orthodox church:
The Church of the Holy Sepulchre. This church is shared between Orthodox and Catholics but its mainly owned by the Orthodox. This church contains the exact tomb where Jesus Christ was buried, the spot on the mountain where He was crucified and even half of the stone where Jesus was lashed by the Roman soldiers.

So do the Catholics own some important churches like the Church of the Pater Noster where Jesus taught disciples the prayer “Our Father who art in heaven”, the Church of All Nations located on the Mount of Olives in Jerusalem, next to the Garden of Gethsemane where Jesus has prayed before his arrest, Via Dolorosa, the road where Jesus carried the cross which includes the prison where he stood arrested and a few other important places but most of the places and the most important ones are still owned by the Orthodox till this day. What about the sectarians though, what do they own? Nothing!
The Orthodox Church also owns the Chapel of the Head of St. John the Baptist where John the Baptist had his head chopped off and the Tomb of the Virgin Mary. On Mount Tabor where Jesus transfigured and showed Himself as God together with Moses and Elijah, both the Orthodox and the Catholics have churches built there but which one of them is the one preferred by God? Miracles of Orthodoxy

On Holy Saturday 1579, according to the Church chronicles of the city of Jerusalem, the Turkish governors forbade the Greek patriarch and the Orthodox faithful to enter the Church of the Resurrection for the customary rite of the Holy Fire. Inside the Church of the Holy Sepulchre (Tomb) you can find a small part of the stone on which Jesus was lashed by the Roman soldiers. If you have strong faith and you put your ear on it, you can still hear the lashes. This is witnessed by millions of people every year who put their ears on it to listen to the miraculous sounds.
Another shocking miracle happens on Epiphany on each and every single year when the Orthodox hold their liturgies, at the Jordan river where Jesus was baptized by John the Baptist, guess what happens! The river reverses course and salt water from the Dead Sea pours into the sweet water river.
Conclusion: the Orthodox church is the original church created by Jesus Christ and his apostles themselves, there is no buts and ifs about it, no debate, this is historical FACT. This church experiences the most miracles and has the most divine grace. The Catholic church despite changing a lot of things from how it once was when it used to be united, it still is an apostolic church as it still has Rome, which was among the founding patriarchies. The Catholic church also has some divine grace and it has also experienced miracles such as the Fatima miracle. However it does not have half of the miracles the Orthodox have and as for the other sectarians…. none of them have any grace whatsoever. They are far far away from God.
All that you hear from those Americans and other sectarians, they have nothing of God in them, they have no divine grace. The true Church is in Europe. The history of Christianity is in Europe and Israel. Stop following false prophets and go find the nearest Orthodox Church and convert.
