All this story about an Eastern European Khazar who possibly practices Judaism proves is that the Khazar just happened to have the same bone marrow as the Arab boy. I have a copy of the book:”The 13th Tribe,” by Arthur Koestler about the Eastern European Khazars and the book proves that the Khazars have no historical, ethnic or biological origin either to Palestine or the Middle East.
