A pensioner in Germany was fighting in court against his local council’s decision to evict him from his home to make room for migrants. The court has now upheld the council’s order.
Klaus Roth, 75, lives in Neckartailfingen near Stuttgart with his partner, who is 73. Neckartailfingen is a village of approximately 3,800 residents. More than a year ago, the village, which was already hosting 40 migrants, was instructed to take in even more of them.
The Esslingen District Council, which holds jurisdiction over Neckartailfingen, decided that Roth’s flat, which consists of six rooms over 150 square meters, should be seized and converted into a reception centre to accommodate the additional migrants. A court ruling from the 1990s gives councils the power to confiscate property for this purpose.
Roth, who has been living in the flat for 25 years, refused to leave and challenged his eviction in Nürtingen District Court. Roth has suffered several heart attacks and also has asthma and diabetes. He is also quite popular in the village, where he volunteers to assist his fellow senior citizens. Roth has even shown his support for migrants in the past — in 2015, he worked in the local working group which helped asylum-seekers to find accommodations when the migrant crisis first erupted. Hopefully this will make him change his mind but it might be too late for him though…
The court, however, has decided in favor of the council, according to a report by Junge Freiheit. In the court’s decision, it cited the size of Roth’s flat and said that it was reasonable for him to live in a smaller one. While the court acknowledged that the eviction was a hardship for Roth, they assert that it “does not outweigh the landlord’s legitimate interests.”
When contacted by Junge Freiheit for clarification, the Esslingen council said they did not want to say if this was a legitimate hardship case, but appealed to “communal solidarity” and legal provisions which call for migrants to be distributed evenly among communities.
Roth has been given until September 30 to vacate his flat. Neckartailfingen has accepted nine new migrants, and six of them are to be housed in Roth’s residence.
Property confiscation has become a common method of dealing with Germany’s growing migrant population. This is especially so now, when migrant advocacy groups have been insisting that migrants be given access to larger spaces so that they can practice social distancing measures to combat the Wuhan virus, as previously reported by Voice of Europe.
Now imagine being a Mud-slime in some whatever Mud-slime 3rd world shithole reading stuff like this. This explains it perfectly why these cockroaches push forward so persistently to invade us: they be like “Hey Abdul, look in Germany we are Gods! We are kings! They even kick out their own people from their own houses so we can stay in their houses, let’s go to Germany Abdul!!!”

May 10, the 80th anniversary of the start of National Socialist Germany’s brilliant victory over communist France and Communist Britain in 1940. As for the claim that the good Bishop’s father confirms the details of the “holocaust” event, this really means nothing without hard evidence and if he really believes that the “event” actually happened he should get on to you tube and watch a video called: SIX MILLION JEWS 1915-1938 10 NEWSPAPERS, to see if he still believes that the event actually happened. I watched a video on you tube showing a high ranking British Officer giving a press conference at BELSEN in which he describes how the allies found ten thousand dead bodies in the camp, all of whom had died from typhus and starvation and he said that a further ten thousand later died from effects of starvation and of disease. The inmates of the camp died of starvation because the Germans were unable to get food to the camp. The British officer also confirmed that the majority of the inmates in the camp were NON JEWS. This story is also confirmed by Captain Russell Grenfell in his excellent book: UNCONDITIONAL HATRED, German war guilt and the future of Europe. Look the book up on the internet. The so called holocaust in the German labour camps was in fact carried out by TYPHUS and not by gas chambers. It should also be remembered that the allies carried out autopsies on the dead bodies in the German labour camps and as yet none of the autopsy evidence has ever been released to my knowledge. A Jew was recently asked on a radio station if the Jews knew the names and addresses of the “six Million” Jews who were allegedly “exterminated”, he replied, no, we don’t keep that sort of information.

One of my Prussian ancestors was an adopted “Von Manstein” nee Von Lewinski. The “Lewinski is not a Jewish or Khazar origin but the name of a town still in East Prussia. It irritaes my still living German relatives that the name is associated with Jews, especially as Von Manstein was a German patriot to the core and advised NATO for years as a fine strategist. My father served in the Allied Forces of Occupation and he confirms the details of the event. In my own experience Germans adore children-my governess was also German and I had wonderful memories of the Koln area and the Eiffel.

This kind of thing is not new in Germany, in 1945 Germans were thrown out of their homes so that their homes could be given to the six million Jews who were not “exterminated”. Communist Angela Merkel is carrying on the tradition. in fact, in 1945 many Germans were sent to the concentration camps and brutally tortured by the democratic liberators, and millions more were starved to death between 1945 and 1949. I knew a British soldier who was in Germany in 1945 when Germans were being starved to death and he knew what was going on at that time, this same soldier in old age was told by the local council that he would have to move into a rest home so he refused to eat and ended up in hospital where he starved himself to death, natural justice took its course.
