Visegrad group is the united group of four middle-European countries such as the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, and Hungary. It was established in 1991, but it really works since 1998. Each of these countries is usually underestimated by western top politics but as one united subject in the middle of Europe, their voice is heard.
All Visegrad group stands for 63 millions people. What these four countries have in common is their communistic past, Christian background, conservative thinking and despisement against everything socialist or defining freedom of speech. It’s safe to claim, that V4 is the only real opponent to European Union especially in the questions of migration, gender politics, political correctness and basically anything where common sense has been completely lost. One of the most important parts of united V4 politics is resistance against EU migration welcome politics.
Unfortunately, it has changed now.
The Presidential election in 2019 brings a leftist liberal, pro-EU Zuzana Čaputová into Slovakian presidential chair. There was suspicion of the too great amount of money spent on her campaign while she was unknown before the campaign took place. She has absolutely no experience in politics and with poor English skills was hardly the best presidential candidate. The suspicion has been confirmed. A large article in The Guardian about George Soros’s activities is clear evidence that Čaputová as a Slovakian president is Soros’s political project much more than a product of voters’ will in Slovakia. “Zuzana Čaputová, who was elected president of Slovakia in June, told me earlier this year that it is misguided for governments in the region to accuse Soros of political interference. A former civil society activist, Čaputová has received Soros foundation grants in the past and strikes a very different tone.“
With Čaputová as Slovakian President, migration politics in this small country has changed a lot. Just after she was elected, she claimed, that within European union has to be a migrant redistribution system and that a migrant crisis is a problem of V4 as well. She also said that Slovakia is the best EU integrated country in the Visegrad group.
There is a rumor, that European Commission is dreaming about breaking V4 apart. Or it’s not a rumor after all?
